WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


The use of the space from now (when available), in an as is condition, until June 14, 2027,  to plan the layout of the whole square footage, architectural evaluation, a few cosmetic renovations, (temporary stages etc.), to begin selling a number of our “Sponsorships”, all our motor coach trips, and a number of promotional events to promote the fact that this will be the home of Music City Manitoba, and to create excitement and participation for the long – term goal, in what will be The Great Tourist, Entertainment, Tournament & Shopping Destination, in Canada.

You will be generously compensated for this.  See Benefits

We would not mind if the owners wanted to carry on all what they have going on there, 

from now to June 142027, as long as we have the space to set up all what we have to get ready for, 

and to start marketing & selling our program.

We would just need an agreement in place so we know, we have the place and, can begin

 to make sure we meet all our financial obligations, that we have outlined.
