Six of Manitoba’s well – known groups will be approached to see if they would like to own & operate one of these Coffee Houses.

They will have the first right of refusal. The idea is to give these selective groups a permanent place to perform, 

as well as to make a considerable amount of money,

while they are doing that, and while they are sitting around waiting for a gig to show up.

We will provide the space at only $50.00 per day / 312 days per year.

(Beginning on June 14, 2027)

The 1st & Last month will be due upon date of agreement.

We will create an awareness campaign that will tell people where you are.

We may be able to provide custom made Jean Jackets (The Canadian Tuxedo) for you, at cost price.

to further promote your establishment, and to sell as merchandise.

Each Coffee House must have a small stage, that can be available to any other group, when they don’t want to perform.

Up to 6500 people per day will come through Music City Manitoba

So, we will deliver the customers to you, you just have to get them in your door, we can help with that, as well.

You will have the opportunity to take advantage of our LED Floor Poster Marketing at extremely low

costs with up to 42 Impressions per day  @ $1.00 per day per day or $.02 per impression.

You will also be Mentioned on larger Outdoor  LED Screens. Stay Tuned!

You will have the opportunity to make available, all your merchandising – 312 days/year.

As long as the cost of your service is in line with the overall prospective of Music City Manitoba.

(in other words, no $10.00 hamburgers or cheesecake, or $5.00 Coffee, here)

If there are 5 members in the band that is only $10.00 per person per day.

They will have to supply to food, drinks, staff, and all that, just like a normal coffee shop, lounge etc. of course.

It is a once in a lifetime opportunity. But we are only going to ask once.
