Our Town & Company’s purpose is to bring all kinds of first – class entertainment, on a regular basis, at the lowest possible price, to Manitoba,

while providing inexpensive Tournaments & Competitions, of all kinds, accommodations, and a consistent transportation program, to all of Canada, and the United States.

We are planning on delivering up to 2 million visitors per year to the town of Wayne, Manitoba, Canada.

(That is only about 5500 people per day)! Piece of cake…

Having as many people as possible visiting Manitoba, and offering them amazing entertainment, is the core of what we want to accomplish, and why we exist.

A number of these Lake Front, Cool, Cozy, Comfortable, Caretakers Chalets will be built for our main people in the company, they can use them for as long as they are employed by us, at no cost.

With a total of 312 nights, about 50 Weekends, 6 Shows per day, and up to 1872 shows per year, we are extremely pleased to put 2020 – 2025 behind us and to bring on the future. We are presenting to Canada over 11,000 amazing and talented musicians, ever to assemble. We have many of the Super Groups, performing their biggest

party hits, (millions & millions of records sold), from present-day to 60s & 70 s Rock, Soul, Motown, The Blues, Country, and the Classics. Line-ups range from magnificent 4-piece bands to large 17-piece bands featuring horns, elegant strings, backed by killer rhythm sections, and so sweet harmonies from the world’s most prolific session singers, With their

magnificent repertoire of over 100,000 tunes they will cover every aspect of music from the early hits to the latest sounds. Whether you are a Hippie, Rocker, or Country Lover, as we say around here “An Amazing Time is guaranteed for all” It is our great pleasure to invite you to the MOOST fun-filled weeks ever to hit Canada. We are bringing the shows to you! Check out our schedule page. No shows will be more than $49 bucks. We want everyone to enjoy these amazing entertainers, and have the greatest time ever. We guarantee you will know

more than 90% of the tunes, and you will want to get up and dance and sing along. No need to spend an arm and a leg to have a great time, not with us! If you can’t get there we provide, Motor Coach, Train Travel and eventually -Air Charter Service, from all over Canada and the US!

The following images are conceptual in design and functionality. The entertainment centre will include two large stages, a large show room, photography, video, recording studios, rehearsal hall, bars, a number of coffee houses, if necessary, and eateries, a hall of fame, a glamping village, and an area where local and national retailers can promote, display, market and sell their product and merchandise. The final concept will be displayed shortly.

It is our intention to use facilities that will be available to us, while we raise the money to bring the venue to the stage in which we want it to be.

Our permanent home will be in Winnipeg, Manitoba and will feature a Media Company, Photography Studio, Recording Studio, Video Studio, Rehearsal Studio, An Online Radio & TV Station, The Great Wall of Canada, Music City Manitoba Museum, The Walk of Fame, Pastry Shop, A Manitoba Tavern, A Manitoba Lounge, Guitar Shop, Music City Manitoba Offices with Bus/Air Charter Tours, The Performer Magazine Headquarters, Local Tours Offices, Show Tickets Areas, Jacket, Hat, & CD Gift Shop, Music Store, Radio & TV Station, A number of small coffeehouses/pastry shops with stages (if necessary) where many talented people, that are not performing on the main stages, could get together and perform live on stage, in a smaller venue, to showcase their talents, on their way to “Stardom” (The Coffee Houses will be nick named - The Ken-Ora, The Chick-Ama, The Bradbury, The Wolverine, Father Pap’s, The Jenerator)
Also included is a Musical Instrument Donation Centre, it will also house our own research and development offices.

We will have Six “Mr. Canada’s Coffee Houses” in the Event Centre

Each will be fully equipped with the best Sound & Lights & Backline Equipment, as well as a stage curtain.

The Entertainment Showtime will be from 8:00 pm – 2:00 am

Each Coffee House will have 2 Bands performing each night

Band 1 – 8:00 pm – 8:45 pm

Band 2 – 9:00 – 9:45 pm

Band 1 – 10:00 pm – 10:45 pm

Band 2 – 11:00 pm – 11:45 pm

Band 1 – 12:00 am – 12:45 am

Band 1 – 1:00 am – 1:45 am

The groups performing in these coffee house will get 14 – 28 day contracts.

Each Coffee House will have the appropriate show bands for that establishment, performing nightly.

Hologram Zoos are like normal zoos, except all of the animals are made out of laser light. They look real and act alive, but you can put your hand straight through them.

Holographic technology has introduced a brand – new level of engagement to the events industry, and the opportunities in it are limitless, having the power to transport audiences to realms once confined to the world of sci-fi movies. Whether it is used to resurrect legendary artists on stage or showcase products in creative ways, holographic technology consistently challenges the limits of audience interaction and experience. As it evolves, it carries the potential for more stunning and imaginative applications, striving to revolutionize the events landscape even further.

We are looking and researching the possibility of one of these programs for Music City Manitoba. Of course, it will be based on entertainment, not necessarily on animals.

Leases and Permits

Due to the vast amount of Crown land throughout the province, please identify the site in question by providing a copy of a 1:50:000 topographical map (or a copy of the Plan of Subdivision).

We will check the Crown Land Registry System and notify you as to whether or not the site is available. If the land in question is available, an application for lease or permit may then be completed and submitted. If a copy of the topographic map or Plan of Subdivision has not previously been forwarded, it must now accompany the completed application and applicable fee.
