By having the Wall/Walk of Fame here, that would give us about 7500 ft. x 2 sides x 2 walkway = 30,000 linear ft. to work with.
Not to mention the Walkway, which will be 15,000 ft + 24 ft wide.
That should mean about 5000 Screens can fit in there.

The length of the Entrance way will be about 1500 ft.
So we can get as many as we can in there.

Plus we will have the Entrance Walkway + The Boardwalks & The Docks.
We can and will have a lot of LED Screens.

These units will go in the middle of the Walkway, of the two walls, on both sides, of the Wall of Fame.
They will also be placed on the Boardwalk & Dock Areas, and other appropriate areas.
These will be LED Video Screens.
They will run approximately 18 hours per day.
They will feature 10 second video clips of persons & businesses, that choose to buy these sponsorships.
They are priced ridiculouly low, as to get as many people involved, as possible.

The following images are conceptual in design and functionality. The entertainment centre will include two large stages, a large show room, photography, video, recording studios, rehearsal hall, bars, a number of coffee houses, if necessary, and eateries, a hall of fame, a glamping village, and an area where local and national retailers can promote, display, market and sell their product and merchandise. The final concept will be displayed shortly.
It is our intention to use facilities that will be available to us, while we raise the money to bring the venue to the stage in which we want it to be.
Our permanent home will be in Winnipeg, Manitoba and will feature a Media Company, Photography Studio, Recording Studio, Video Studio, Rehearsal Studio, An Online Radio & TV Station, The Great Wall of Canada, Music City Manitoba Museum, The Walk of Fame, Pastry Shop, A Manitoba Tavern, A Manitoba Lounge, Guitar Shop, Music City Manitoba Offices with Bus/Air Charter Tours, The Performer Magazine Headquarters, Local Tours Offices, Show Tickets Areas, Jacket, Hat, & CD Gift Shop, Music Store, Radio & TV Station, A number of small coffeehouses/pastry shops with stages (if necessary) where many talented people, that are not performing on the main stages, could get together and perform live on stage, in a smaller venue, to showcase their talents, on their way to “Stardom” (The Coffee Houses will be nick named - The Ken-Ora, The Chick-Ama, The Bradbury, The Wolverine, Father Pap’s, The Jenerator)

Each will be fully equipped with the best Sound & Lights & Backline Equipment, as well as a stage curtain.
The Entertainment Showtime will be from 8:00 pm – 2:00 am
Each Coffee House will have 2 Bands performing each night

The groups performing in these coffee house will get 14 – 28 day contracts.

Hologram Zoos are like normal zoos, except all of the animals are made out of laser light. They look real and act alive, but you can put your hand straight through them.
Holographic technology has introduced a brand – new level of engagement to the events industry, and the opportunities in it are limitless, having the power to transport audiences to realms once confined to the world of sci-fi movies. Whether it is used to resurrect legendary artists on stage or showcase products in creative ways, holographic technology consistently challenges the limits of audience interaction and experience. As it evolves, it carries the potential for more stunning and imaginative applications, striving to revolutionize the events landscape even further.
We are looking and researching the possibility of one of these programs for Music City Manitoba. Of course, it will be based on entertainment, not necessarily on animals.
Over 24 Tournaments at this time, are being arranged for the 1000s of tourists we will be bringing into Manitoba. Of course, everyone can participate in them, All they require is a Music City Manitoba Pass. (See details)

Leases and Permits
Due to the vast amount of Crown land throughout the province, please identifythe site in question by providing a copy of a 1:50:000 topographical map (or a copy of the Plan of Subdivision).
We willcheck the Crown Land Registry System and notify you as to whether or not the site is available. If the land in question is available, an application for lease or permit may then be completed and submitted.
