Wanted: 

An architect to create detailed architectural plans that will define the layout, appearance, 

and functionality of our building. This includes developing floor plans, elevations, and sections 

that reflect the project’s vision. They should consider factors such as aesthetics, building code compliance,

 and environmental impact when designing this project.

They should ensure that the building’s design meets local regulations and zoning laws while 

also fulfilling the needs and desires of the Music City Manitoba Corporation. 

They should also help in incorporating as many sustainable design principles as possible.

We know that in Canada, construction projects are subject to strict building codes that govern 

everything from structural integrity to fire safety. The Architects should be well-versed in 

these codes and ensure that the designs they create meet all applicable standards and regulations. 

This expertise will help minimize the risk of costly delays or possible fines due to non-compliance.

It is imperative that we hire someone that will have the understanding of our anticipated design, 

complexity, or structural requirements. Example:

  • Major renovations to an existing structure.
  • A Project that requires specific aesthetic considerations.
  • That we need assistance navigating local zoning laws and building codes.

Choosing the right Architect is especially essential as the design and function of a space are 

critical to the success of this project.

Hiring a good architect will probably come with higher costs due to the detailed work involved 

in redesigning a project. Contractors’ fees are usually based on the work they perform,

professional—or combination of professionals—is the best investment for our needs. 

The Architects’ knowledge is of utmost importance in this regard.

The decision to hire an architect for our construction project in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada 

depends on the scope, complexity, and specific needs of our project. An architect will be 

invaluable when it comes to design, planning, and ensuring compliance with building codes, 

while contractors are essential for the execution of the physical work, project management, 

and material procurement. In all cases, hiring both professionals will provide the best results,

Conditional of course, on if we are able to meet all the city’s zoning requirements, and if we are 

able to purchase the building we have in mind. etc.

We will agree to pay the going rate to the Architect of our choosing, in a manner that works for us.

We are prepared to offer 1 Share in the Music City Manitoba Corporation

That share is worth $1,000,000.00 + numerous other benefits.

Estimated & Anticipated return on the investment of that 1 share is approximately 

$786,685.60 per year.

We are only offering these shares to the most crucial suppliers that we need, to get the job done, right.

And who will look after our best interests, at all times.

This is over and above whatever their actual cost will be, to oversee this entire project.

We are prepared to offer $1.00 per Music City Manitoba Pass that we sell for a period of 3 years.

Starting the day, we sell our 1st pass. Payable on a monthly basis.

Example: 

Approximately 6500 passes x 312 days x 3 years x $1.00 = $6,084,000.00

(The Company has no debt, whatsoever)

 

Additional Information.

what we are looking for

A firm that will take all our ideas, improve on them, and make them all fit in 

and work perfectly with the space we may have available.

Must be totally above board with us on everything, at all times, and not try to take advantage of our ignorance of

the construction and building of such a renovation.

We would need a temporary 3D computer rendering / drawing

(or whatever) of what this building will look like, as quickly as possible.

Must be included prior to us agreeing to taking them on, as our architects.

(This will help us determine the best fit for us)

for the people of Manitoba & Canada. So, we want people that can share that vision.


A complete cost analysis of what it will take to make it look like what we want. 


We may make this offer to 3 different Architectural firms, if necessary.
