It might be wise to form some kind of a MCM – Construction Cooperative.

We need to design & manufacture up to 1000 tables for the Ball Room with additional tables for the Coffee Houses etc. The following maybe too costly. Just an idea, if we can make them work.

Table design to be determined. 

Maybe a rectangular table with a guitar incased in epoxy/resin.

We can literally use a real guitar, as a Reserved Table Name Plaque, in Black & Gold, as well.

As we will probably require different sections, each section can be represented by different miniature instruments.

Will go in the middle of Showroom or outside in the Amphitheatre,

when we need to use it.


Creation of a welcoming lobby area, a place for The Welcoming Bands to perform,

and people can wait for buses, meet up with friends, etc.

Use the area in front with the Big Loading Doors.

Creation of seating area like this, would be stunning, unique, & amazing.

try to make the following 3 areas interchangable.

Although these can be held outdoors, it would make a lot of sense in designing indoor space for them, so then we can plan these events on a yearlong basis, as well.

Construction of an Archery Indoor Range – Maybe by the Railroad Tracks.

Make it with see through material on 3 sides.

With maybe a small seating viewing area.

Should also be able to be used for an “Axe Throwing Tournament”

3 or 5 Lanes.

 

Maybe combine with the Bowling Lanes. If Possible.

 

Construction & Design a 2 Lane Bowling alley for Tournaments.

Lanes need to be 32′ & 9″ in Length

Lanes need to be 10′ & 6″ in Width

Gutter width 9.25′ on both sides

We can probably have both the Billiards Room & The Bowling lanes in one area.

With maybe a small viewing area.


Construction & Design a 3 – 4 Lane Bowling alley for Tournaments. 

With maybe a small lounge viewing area.

Construction of a small 3 Lane – Axe Throwing Range for Tournaments. 

With maybe a small viewing area. Maybe use Plexiglass.


Construction of a small, classy Billiard Room – maybe 3 tables for Tournaments.

Should have video cameras so we display the games throughout the building. 

Tables should be 9′ x 4.5′ Brunswick with small pockets.

Stocked with Snooker & Billiard Balls. See if we can get sets created for us with our Logo etc.

Cues and other paraphernalia will be available in our store.

Should have Black Felt and our Gold Logo on it.

With maybe a small viewing area.

 

Construction of an area within the building for at least 3 Table Hockey Games.

Make them to scale, but not too small. Size to be determined.

We can create a Table Hockey Tournament/League.

Should have video cameras so we display the games throughout the building. 

Stocked with Players, Pucks, etc.

See if we can get sets created for us with our Logo etc.

 We will call It the MCM – Table Hockey League.

With maybe a small viewing area, covered by cameras.

Contact the guy in the video to see if he would be interested in making 3 or 4 of these.

 

A beautiful Amphitheatre/Beer Garden will be built on the property, in the 3rd or 4th year, by Music City Manitoba. Maybe we can rent it to the Park, or other interested parties, when we are not using it.

We can include Lawn Chairs with admission, if we would like.

My computer office should look something like this, and connected to my 

real office. I deserve it. 

Plus, it would make it easier, for to learn more stuff on the computer.

And one of these for my conference table.

We will need a construction workshop area of appropriate 

size & location in the building, to construct all what we need, efficiently & quickly.

Use an area that has the Big Loading Doors.

We will design, construct, distribute, & deliver, 1000s of these, Port O Potties, and sell or rent them out, to all Music Festivals, and any other outdoor activities in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and beyond.
