It is anticipated, under our “Mr. Canada’s Coffee House Network Program”, that this Coffee House could generate a net profit of approximately $3,104,000.00 for the 1st 18 months. More in subsequent years. (depending on its seating capacity – this is very possible, as we don’t just rely on selling food & coffee etc.)
We plan on equipping this location with a small stage, with superior sound & lights & musical backline, & entertainment nightly, dessert cooler displays, a bar, etc. all of which could, also be at your disposal.
Any renovations/improvements that we may make, will belong to the business/restaurant, until paid in full.

This restaurant will also need to provide to us 56 – 112 meals,
on a daily basis, at a fair & reasonable price, for our bus program.
That would be between 20,440 – 40,880 – 61,320 – 81,760 meals per year.
Depending on how many you can handle.
That’s approximately another $306,600.00 to $1,226,400.00 worth of business.

How would you like to make 50% of up to $3,104,090 in the first 18 months?
We would be willing to share that with you on a 50/50 basis.
We will show you how we will do that.
We anticipate that we can generate up to $3,104,090 in roughly the first 18 months. Some slight adjustments to our anticipated numbers may have to be made, as much of what we were planning on buying, like furniture, equipment, etc., you already possess, and they will be included in the purchase of the building.
We are willing to pay you 50% of that in the first 18 months.

After an agreed period of time, (18 months) you would need to agree to sell the building, business,
and everything to us for a total of $500,000.00
(each building will be different)
We would need to agree to that prior to making this deal.
After we own the building outright, we would be prepared to hire you to supply all the Chinese food to us, on an agreed upon menu, and costs. For as long, and if, you would like. You would not have to pay us for that. We pay you!
This will give you about 18 months to make some serious money, over and above what you do now. Before selling it to us.
This is all what we need from you.
We would need the use of the building, for the 1st 18 months, so we can raise all those funds from our
sponsorship programs, to pay for the building, and the renovations, etc.
We have all that ready to go now, just need you to agree.
And it will not cost you a penny!
* We need a suitable building in which to start doing that. We believe yours would be perfect for Selkirk.
*The 2nd floor will need to be available immediately to us, as well, as that is where our offices will be,
and we would need to have our offices, to be located in the building,
to be able to coordinate everything, that must be done, easily.
*Plus, you get to sell the building to us for $500,000.00
What we will do.
* We will supply the plan, marketing, all the promotions.
* We will supply the customers on a daily basis.
* We will do all the upgrades, renovations, etc. at our expense.
* This place needs to be “spruced” up, before we bring any one to it. We can do that.
* We will provide you with your 50% share on a monthly basis, as we go forward.
* We will also provide you with a Certified Cheque of $500,000.00 on or before June 15, 2027.

Most restaurants these days are in a distressed state. This proposal serve as a format in dealing with almost, all that we find.
Not to mention an exciting outlet that they may or may not have, at the present time.
We would be interested in making an arrangement with them to help fill that void, as well as to provide an ongoing source of revenue, for those businesses/buildings.
We are in the process of setting up a number of Coffee Houses, across Canada and the US, with the purpose of delivering 100s of thousands of tourists, to Manitoba. These coffee houses will be a major catalyst in making that happen.
We would be prepared to pay a significant amount, to acquire suitable locations, throughout Canada & the US.
We would also be prepared to share with those businesses, money – making activities, which we have planned.
These businesses should be licensed, keeping in mind these will be Coffee Houses, so the menu of drinks should consist of coffee flavoured beverages, other than regular coffee, and milkshakes.
We are looking for venues that have a small stage (if not we can put one in) some kitchen facilities, and be able to seat around 300 – 700 people.
Legions, church halls, space in arenas etc. are also possibilities. Whoever needs the revenue the most, will be seriously considered.
We plan on having a number of activities (small tournaments and stuff) in the coffee houses over the years, and to serve exciting desserts etc. (see menu) As well as have live entertainment on a nightly basis conducive to the area, and size of the building, of course.
As we will have all this entertainment booked months in advance, we may need significant notice, if the town, church hall, or legion was to have planned events, for other local parties, and such. We can also provide the entertainment for your other activities, you may have.
We also would appreciate their expertise and knowledgeable information as to, hiring the right people within the town, guidance in overcoming any minor obstacles we may encounter in our stay, in your fine community, and so forth.
There are literally 1000s of towns we can choose across Canada. The sooner we get the number of towns we want, the better.
If we are unable to get towns, churches, and legion halls to participate, we will simply lease space that maybe available on the market and go with those.
If that were to be the case, Maybe the “Special Agents” for each town/city could help us determine the best locations, for themselves.
Or maybe they know of some restaurant/bar, going out of business, or wants a make over, etc. Maybe we can work out something with them.
