SPECIAL AGENT PROGRAM
It is anticipated, under our “Special Agent Program”, that each Coffee House could generate a net profit of approximately $3,400,000.00 per year, (this could be much greater as we don’t just rely on selling coffee etc.), of which we will give to the town, church, or legion that provide a Hall for this purpose, 15% or about $300,000.00 per year + $12,000.00 (the nominal rent of about $1,000.00 per month), for that location.
We plan on equipping each stage a with superior sound & lights & musical backline.
Dessert Cooler displays, A Bar, etc. all of which could, also be at your disposal.
Any improvements that we may make, will belong to the hall.

As most town, church or legion halls are not used to the full potential,
This proposal will give each the opportunity to utilize them 312 – 365 days per year.
Not to mention an exciting outlet that you may or may not have, at the present time.
We would be interested in making an arrangement with them to help fill that void, as well as to provide an ongoing source of revenue, for those buildings.
We are in the process of setting up a number of Coffee Houses, across Canada, with the purpose of delivering 100s of thousands of tourists, to Manitoba. These coffee houses will be a major catalyst in making that happen.
We would be prepared to pay a nominal fee per month for the use of these “Halls”, understanding that the town, church, or legion could still use them for their communities’ commitments, and normal activities, at any time.
We would also be prepared to pay 10% of the net profits, as well as a nominal monthly rental fee.
We would also be prepared to share in a number of other money – making activities, we have planned.
We would hire local staff for the minor renovations that maybe needed, and staff to run and manage the Coffee Houses, for us.
Included in you commission is the proceeds of the liquor sales, (if we implement that) keeping in mind this will be a Coffee House, so the menu of drinks (from our end) will consist mostly of coffee flavoured beverages, other than regular coffee, and milkshakes.
We are looking for venues that have a small stage (if not we can put one in) some kitchen facilities, and be able to seat around 300 – 700 people.
Legions, churches, space in arenas etc. are also a possibility. Whoever needs the revenue the most, will be seriously considered.
We plan on having a number of activities (small tournaments and stuff) in the coffee houses over the years, and to serve exciting desserts etc. (see menu) As well as have live entertainment on a nightly basis conducive to the area, and size of the building, of course.
As we will have all this entertainment booked months in advance, we may need significant notice, if the town, church, or legion was to have planned events, for other local parties, and such. We can also provide the entertainment for your other activities, you may have.
We also would appreciate their expertise and knowledgeable information as to, hiring the right people within the town, guidance in overcoming any minor obstacles we may encounter in our stay, in your fine community, and so forth.
There are literally 100s of towns we can choose across Canada, so right now your town is on the short list. The sooner we get the number of towns we want, the better.
If we are unable to get towns, churches, and legion halls to participate, we will simply lease space that maybe available on the market and go with those.
If that were to be the case, Maybe the “Special Agents” for each town/city could help us determine the best locations, for themselves.
Or maybe they know of some restaurant/bar, going out of business, or wants a make over, etc. Maybe we can work out something with them.
