FOR PHASE 2
Name of town, subject to change. Maybe to The Isle of Man.
the glamping chalets, the lighthouse tower, docks, zip line, RV Park,
& the continuation of the great boardwalk to fame.
Identify the very first things we should do for Phase 2, and create a contra deal, for those that can do the following.
1. Determine the best locations for the Glamping Chalets area.
The clearing, surveying, preparation, of the areas for the first Glamping Village & Parking areas.
2. Cleaning, surveying, preparation, of the area.
(Try to find someone in the Pine Dock, Matheson Island, Riverton, Arborg, area, that may have the capabilities of doing some of this work, and make a deal with them). One that they can benefit greatly from.
3. If we have to (don’t want to) cut any trees, we need to save the wood for lumber, beautification, for the Boardwalk, and wood for the
fireplaces. (Don’t waste any of it) Same thing with rocks, stones etc. They can always be used for a shoreline protection, seawall,
seating, foundations, and the Boardwalk, as well.
4. Cleaning, surveying, preparation, of the area, for the 2nd mile of the Boardwalk to Fame. (Site preparation, materials etc. and start
selling the sponsorships for it).
5. Start planning the site for the Lighthouse. That will take care of the accommodations for one bus – 3 times per week
and pay for the building of it. Strart selling that Special Trip to it.
6. Sell the Bus Tours, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th mile of the Boardwalk.
7. Put in a RV Park in this Area.
Schedule the first summer event for June 13 – September 4, 2027.
Put in the best entertainers we have. Must make a good impression.

As these ships are rotting away and may never be able to be saved, if something is not done quickly.
It is our intention to buy and retrofit these 3 ships, that once sailed the waters in Manitoba, if possible, and
bring them back to life.
