OUR PROPOSAL TO IHOP
What we need:
(1) “Specially Designed Breakfast” for all our Motor Coach Passengers per day. (10:00 am – 2:00 pm)
(1) Other “Specially Designed Meal” for all our Motor Coach Passengers per day. (4:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
(Approximately 2500 per day x 312 days) These can be served in our MCM Show Room, if necessary.
Up to 2500 Motor Coach passengers per day x 312 days
Estimated Gross Revenue for IHOP just from the bus program = $7,800,000.00 ++ per year.
FOR THIS VOLUME WE WOULD EXPECT THE BEST POSSIBLE DEAL.
(negotiated – prior to making this agreement) FOR OUR MOTOR COACH PASSENGERS,
AS WELL AS THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICES FOR ALL OUR OTHER CLIENTS.
Plus – we would require complimentary meals for all entertainers performing for us.
Also – IHOP gets to serve another approximately 2500 – 4000 per day, regular customers per day.
We will lease the necessary space to IHOP for only $100.00 per day.
Beginning on June 14, 2027
Guaranteed clients in the building, every day.
We will provide the space, IHOP sets up everything else. Staff, Kitchen, Equipment, Services, Food etc.
Captive audience.
Advertising on our LED Screens is available, of course.
NOTE: This could represent up to 2,028,000 new customers that you do not have now, 312 days per year.
