THE GAME PLAN

OUR 1ST AMPHITHEATRE WILL GO ON THE MOST EASTERLY TIP OF THIS SECTION, IN THIS AREA.
We plan on visiting the site, around the end of July.
Bring along our Project Managers, a Drone Operator, Photographer, and a laser measuring devise, if
possible. It would be great if we are able to operate the drone, from a boat?
We have to know for sure that, that property is suitable for our needs.
Bring along a lot of Coffee & some food.
After that we can send the architects , out there, to evaluate the soil etc. and whatever else they need to do.
Identify the very first things we should do, and create a contra deal, for those that can do the following.
1. The clearing, surveying, preparation, of the first Wall of Fame area & Parking area.
2. Cleaning, surveying, preperation, of the area, for the 1st Stage Area.
with possible Limestone Block Seating, (if we can find a quarry there), and tenting area.
(Try to find someone in the Pine Dock, Matheson Island, Riverton, Arborg, area, that may have the capabilities of doing some of this work, and make a deal with them). One that they can benefit greatly from.
3. If we have to (don’t want to) cut any trees, we need to save the wood for lumber, beautification, for the Boardwalk, and wood for the
fireplaces. (Don’t waste any of it) Same thing with rocks, stones etc. They can always be used for a shoreline protection, seawall,
seating, foundations, and the Boardwalk, as well.
4. Cleaning, surveying, preparation, of the area, for the 1st mile of the Boardwalk to Fame. (Site preparation, materials etc. and start
selling the sponsorships for it).
5. Start planning the site for the Lighthouse. That will take care of the accommodations for one bus – 3 times per week
and pay for the building of it. Strart selling that Special Trip to it.
6. Figure out if the first dock would be suitable for the Cruise ships, or if we should put it somewhere else, on the peninsula.
(Check the water depth in this area)
7. Determine the best location for the first Glamping Chalets area.
8. Run a power line into that area.
9. Once we know when we can start, we can begin selling the 1st summer events.
10. Sell the Bus Tours, 1st mile of the Boardwalk. Line up the best entertainers we can for that time period. 83 Days!
11. Find up to a dozen different types of Food Trucks, to spend all 84 days with us.
Schedule the first summer event for June 13 – September 4, 2027.
Put in the best entertainers we have. Must make a good impression.
Includes:
* A Raised Stage (60′ x 40″) Area, at the tip of the point. Do this by building up the earth, to the height we need. Lay a concrete pad.
(Maybe 4 -5 ft. high). May want to use Limestone for the front of the stage. That way we can have a permanent foundation if decide to have a permanent cover with locked doors?
plus a field area, for the Lawn chairs, limestone block seating, etc.

* An area where we can put up about 1250 tents all along the lakefront on the left side.
* We want to save as many trees as possible.
* A gravel or dirt parking lot for now.
* Once we get this area ready, we will be good to go to have outdoor entertainment for the first couple of years or so.
* It should not take more than 2 months to get this done. Meanwhile we will keep working on that area, until we get it where we want it to be.
* May have to strengthen the riverbank for the Docks and Boardwalk, as well.

Best way to do this, as we can just lock it up, after each day of shows, and it is ready to go for the next day.
And the door can also serve as a curtain. The Floor Pad will have to be raised 3 or 4 feet, though.
This will protect all the Sound, Light & Backline equipment, and can be used for storage, after each season, as well.
We can also get these buildings for the Glamping Pod Factory, The Boat Renovation & Retrofitting Warehouse, a Bus Garage, and the Horse & Goat Stables.
These are perfect for what we may need, as they can go up in a couple of months or so, and this company is in Calgary, and we have already made contact.
The Canopy must be in our colours. Black & Gold/Orange.

The rent you’ll pay, will cover all the building-related expenses inside the amphitheater, such as housekeeping and any equipment owned by the amphitheater.
However, this rent does not cover the expenses related to catering, stagehands, insurance, or any equipment that the amphitheater may need to rent.
Additionally, if you require staffing that goes beyond the standard concert requirements, that won’t be covered by the rent either.
Please Note:
That the rent also excludes the costs of ushers, ticket takers, door guards, security personnel, box office services, police, fire marshals, and medical staff.
Deposit:
Amphitheater will require a 50% deposit upon signing of contracts.
Notice the Limestone seating. Can also be made out of concrete blocks.
Plan for 10,000 seating for this amphitheatre.
Make it so it will last a lifetime.

We can sell or rent pillows to sit on.
We can have lawn chairs behind this area, in the “grassy knolls”.
Maybe we can put up a security fence, around the seating area.
May need it for the Beer Gardens.

This area will be used to promote the sponsors of the Great Boardwalk to Fame.
The first couple of things that we need to know:
#1 – The exact cost per mile for the Boardwalk, and the how, who, what, etc. (Suppliers, Contractors, etc.)
This is to include the costs of putting in the benches with Bronze, Fiberglass, Epoxy, etc. statues, and such. (with drawings/3D animations, and so forth).
#2 – The exact cost of each Glamping Chalet. Plus, plans for those.
