Plan to visit the site, as soon as the snow is gone, and it is fairly dry.
Bring along a Drone Operator, Photographer, an assistant (April or Brad or Sam), and a laser measuring devise, if
possible. We have to know for sure that, that property is suitable for our needs.
Rent a RV. Bring along a lot of Coffee & Food.
Ask April if we can rent her RV & if she is available to come this with us.

Identify the very first thing we should do, and create a contra deal, for those that we can do that, with.
1. The clearing, preparation, of the first Wall of Fame area, and cleaning of the area for the 1st Stage.
seating, and tenting area. (Try to find someone in the Pine Dock, Matheson Island area, that may have the capabilities of doing that
and make a deal with them). One that they can benefit greatly from. Maybe Nancy, if she can get the equipment.
2. If we have to (don’t want to) cut any trees, we need to save the wood for lumber, for the Boardwalk, and wood for the fireplaces.
(Don’t waste any of it) Same thing with rocks, stones etc. They can always be used for a seawall, foundations, and the Boardwalk,
as well.

A Raised Stage Area at the tip of the point. (Maybe 4 -5 ft. high). May want to use Limestone for the front of the stage. Stay Tuned!
An area where we can put up about 1250 tents all along the lakefront on the left side.
A field area for the Lawn chairs etc.
We want to save as many trees as possible.
A gravel parking lot for now.
Once we get this area ready, we will be good to go to have outdoor entertainment for the first couple of years or so.
It should not take more than 2 weeks to get this done. Meanwhile we will keep working on that area, until we get it where we want it to be.
May have to strengthen the riverbank for the Docks and Boardwalk, as well.
