1st Floor

We should have a grand entrance with a waiting lounge, a place to buy tickets, & a tourism office area,
with a huge LED Display sign above the ticket area, welcoming the patrons.
We need a huge Ball room, with tables and chairs (not theatre seating), & Dance Floor. Capacity should be 10,000 people.
Two large grand stages, on each end of the room, with a 7 – 17 – piece band performing on one of them.
Should be large LED Screens behind the stage, and throughout the room.
2nd Floor
A specialized Food Court
A 3 Alley Bowling Ally, adjacent to a 3 Billiard Table Area.
The other Tournament areas.
We can use the Ball Room Area for the Waygo Tournament & Dart Tournament etc.
6 Coffee House/Bars/Restaurants each with small stages.
3rd Floor
Top Floor should have luxury admin offices with dark hardwood floors, desk top computers & equipment.
Twelve Special – 2/3 Bedroom Luxury Suites & Green Rooms for the Entertainers.
Radio, Photography, & TV Studios etc. (1 of each)

This building was originally designed to house (4) 5000 seat theatres.
However, we will change that to include a 10,000 seat Banquet/Ball Room, Six Coffee House, and all the other activities we want to have indoors.

We will create our very own Hockey, Lacrosse, Broomball, & Curling Leagues.
MCMHL & MCMCL
Each Game will be broadcasted on our own Live Streaming TV Channel.
We will invite 32 hockey teams from 32 different towns, and offer a huge prize for 1 & 2nd Place.
(Structure it similar to the Ms. with the Moost Competition).
With a Spectacular Hockey Trophy. Stay Tuned!
We can provide Motor Coach Transportation to the participating teams.

We will also try to get this into the Guinness World Record Book, as the Largest Ball Room in the World.
