We will agree to provide an approximate 1500 -3000 sq. ft. space, with a capacity of 300 – 700 people to a Mr. Canada’s Coffee House Network “Special Agent”, and in collaboration of that Special Agent”, within the most logical towns & cities, of choice.
It is the goal of Mr. Canada’s Coffee House Network Inc. to create dozens of small Coffee Houses across North America. One at a time, until we obtain the number of coffee houses that we want to establish, in order to further our cause, of creating a network that will achieve the desired purpose, and that is to have music hubs in each of the towns & cities from which we want to dispatch our Motorcoach program, to deliver millions of tourists, to Music City Manitoba.
We will begin in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and so forth.
This will also serve as a vehicle in creating the Network to “hire” our bands so that they will have multiple opportunities to perform on a yearlong basis and keep them employed on a consistent and continuing basis. They will be arranged and hired by Father Pap Booking Agency. A division of The Music City Manitoba Corporation.

Each Coffee House/Speakeasy will be designed to have the capacity of 300 – 700 people, if possible.
We may have to institute a small cover charge of about $5.00 – $14.00 to help pay for the cost of the entertainment, but we will determine that later. We don’t like that idea much, however.
Each will have the special menu, and will also be able to sell all of Music City Manitoba Merchandise, and be able to book all the shows that we will be providing, once we find a suitable location for the main Music City Manitoba Event Centre, which we be up to 400,000 sq. ft. They will be compensated for that, of course.
Each Special Agent will receive a digital Jukebox for their location, as well as backing tracks & equipment, for individual performances.
Each Coffee House will have a very simple menu of which we will provide throughout all locations.
It will consist of the best coffee available to us, and the best desserts in the land, the best Milkshakes in Canada, and we will come up with the best possible hamburger we can design.
As the price of coffee in Canada is unbelievable, we will also make a 1000 g. / 1 kilogram bags, or tins, available, to our customers. We want people to come out just to buy a bag of coffee. Can you believe that it is between $17. – $34. for a 900 g can! What a scam that is.
If we can’t keep our price below $7.00 per 1000g, then we probably won’t want to do it.

We will determine if we should get all these places licensed or not, at a later time. We don’t have to do that, until we actually open them. It maybe a necessity, eventually.
We will put in a bar right away, just in case we decide to do that.
Design about a dozen specialized drinks, made with coffee, as well as about a dozen dazzling Milkshakes, that will only be available, at Mr. Canada’s Coffee Houses.
Becoming a Mr. Canada Coffee House “Special Agent” means venturing on a proven track to success.
Over the next number of years, dozens of individuals will take control of their destiny, and join our national network of “Special Agents”.
To do this, they have to make a very small commitment of money, time and effort.
In return, they will receive all the benefits of owning a business with a strong brand, backed by extensive training and support from the Mr. Canada Coffee House “Special Agent” management team.
We will name these drinks after Bands, Boats, etc.

As we will eventually have dozens of these Mr. Canada Coffee House throughout North America, we will have hundreds of bands available to perform for them. The Father Pap Booking Agency will arrange all entertainment, and be able to locate them throughout the network, thus creating a long-term ability for them to perform almost every night, if they choose to.
Therefore, we will be able to negotiate much better entertainment rates for our Coffee Houses, than each individual “Special Agent” doing that on an individual basis.
Of course, the Coffee Houses will decide who they want to perform, at their locations.
Please Note: We can have 4 – 6 Coffee Houses in the larger cities, but for now we will focus on the smaller towns that have no such opportunity for such entertainment.
