* All though these Coffee House Franchises will eventually cost a lot more, we would like to establish the first dozen or so, for no charge. So we will be offering these to contestants of the Ms. with the Moost Competition from various towns & cities within Canada. Dependent on what is required, for each location. We are willing to work with each “Ms. with the Moost” to make it easy for them to open their operations.

* Who we award these franchises to, will depend on the number of Ms. with the Moost sponsorships that each acquires, in a given period. There will be a minimum requirement over 3 years.

* Each Coffee House and 1 month of supplies, the necessary equipment, staging equipment etc., as well as the minor renovations we may have to do. Stage, Bar, Kitchen, Washrooms and the like, to begin.

* Administration fee will only be 2% of Gross Sales, payable monthly.

* Total Investment required we be determinative on aforementioned points.

* Each Mr. Canada’s Coffee House Franchise will find a suitable location within their town. A location that is about 2000 – 3000 sq. ft. with a seating capacity of 300 – 500 people.

* If you could recommend the buildings & locations, where you would like them to be, that would be perfect.

* Each Mr. Canada’s Coffee House will receive a small stage conducive to the size of the room.

* The Music City Manitoba Corporation will provide all the necessary equipment required to get you started, for your individual Coffee House.

* The Music City Manitoba Corporation will provide all merchandise that it wants sold, for which we will pay to the Special Agent – 15% of each item sold.

* The Music City Manitoba Corporation will also pay a 10% commission on all tickets/bus passes etc. that each Coffee House sells. To all our entertainment events.

* The Music City Manitoba Corporation will provide a very simple and easy menu for all Coffee Houses to follow.

* The Father Pap Booking Agency will set up a 1 year rotating line-up for all entertainers for each Coffee House, with 7 day gigs for each band. Then we will put them all in throughout the entire network.

* The Music City Manitoba Corporation will equip each stage with a set of good quality back line equipment.

* Hours of operation will be determind by each individual Coffee House Franchisee. Our locations will be 2:00 pm – 2:00 am.

* The costs may vary based on specific situations, and locations.

Mr. Canada Coffee House Network is actively seeking prime locations. In certain instances, you may choose to open a store in a location of your choice, however this location must be evaluated and approved by the Mr. Canada Coffee House Network. 

Construction or renovation of the Coffee House, will also be conducted or supervised by the Franchisee  & Mr. Canada Coffee House Network.

Yes. Mr. Canada Coffee House Network will fully negotiate and aid in lease negotiations for franchisees.

What hours will the store be open? That is at the option of each Coffee House Network Franchisee.

But in a typical location, the store should be from 2:00 pm – 2:00 am – 7 days a week. 

The hours of operation may change in site-specific circumstances.

Is the franchisee required to buy supplies and ingredients directly from Mr. Canada’s Coffee House Network Inc.

Quality specifications and recommended sources of equipment and supplies are provided to each franchisee. 

The franchisee purchases specified supplies through a designated food distributor.

Must a franchisee have prior experience in food retailing?

No. Though fast food experience is helpful, Mr. Canada’s Coffee Network will provide comprehensive training and operational guidance. 

The interest and effort of the Franchisee is more important than hospitality or retailing experience.

Can a Mr. Canada Coffee House Network franchisee own more than one Mr. Canada Coffee House Franchise?

Yes. A franchisee who has demonstrated success in organizing and operating a profitable Mr. Canada Coffee House location may be eligible for new franchise opportunities.

What training and store opening assistance are provided to franchisees?

Mr. Canada Coffee House Network Inc. will provide an extensive training program covering all aspects of store operations including food preparation, operating policies, equipment maintenance, selling and merchandising, management and financial control, etc. This program is two weeks in duration and is held at our Training Facility or another designated location depending on your requirements.

What level of income can a Franchise expect to earn?

There are many factors involved in determining the level of revenues and expenses of an individual store. The franchisees’ skills, location, overhead costs, etc., will affect the outlets profitability. Accordingly, Mr. Canada Coffee House Network cannot guarantee that any store will achieve certain level of sales, profit or cash flow. However, Mr. Canada Coffee House Network Inc. stands behind its franchisees, providing a robust program to maximize your store’s sales and revenue potential.
