Becoming a Mr. Canada Coffee House “Special Agent” means venturing on a proven track to success. Over the next number of decades, hundreds of individuals will take control of their destiny and join our national network of “Special Agents”.
To do this, they have to make a very small commitment of money, (No – $25,000.00 – $1,000,000.00 franchise fees here).

Only $50.00 per day + 2% of Gross Sales. Payable on a monthly basis.
1st & Last month to be paid on agreement.
Each Mr. Canada Coffee House Special Agent will receive a prime location with a seating capacity of 100 – 200 persons.
Music City Manitoba will provide all the necessary equipment required to get you started, for your individual Coffee House.
Music City Manitoba will provide all merchandise that it wants sold, for which we will pay 15% on each item sold.
Music City Manitoba will also pay 15% for all tickets that each individual Coffee House sells to all our entertainment events.
Music City Manitoba will provide a very simple and easy menu for all Coffee Houses to follow. (See Sample Below)
Hours of operation will be 4:00 pm – 12:00 am
Liquid Cash Requirement: Approximately $4,000.00

Fantastic Music Of All Kinds!
As we will eventually have dozens of these Mr. Canada Coffee Houses throughout North America, we will have hundreds of bands available to perform at them. We will arrange all entertainment and be able to locate them throughout our network, through our own Music City Manitoba Booking Agency, thus creating a long – term ability for them to perform almost every night.
Therefore, we will be able to negotiate much better entertainment rates for our Coffee Houses, than each individual “Special Agent” Coffee House doing them, on an individual basis.
Of course, the Coffee Houses will decide who they want to perform, at their locations.
Please Note: We can have 4 – 6 Coffee houses in the larger cities, but we will focus on the smaller towns that have no such opportunity for such entertainment.

Equipment that maybe needed in each place to start.
Maybe we can look at grinding our own coffee beans. That would probably be the cheapest and best way to do that.
That way we just buy the beans in 100 lb. bags and do it ourselves. Thus, making it easier to design our own packaging, and our own coffee.
Physical building (maybe about 3000 sq. ft. (will know better, once we can check it out further)
Put in Hardwood Floors in each place.
The Soup Kitchen place in Selkirk would be a perfect size, has a kitchen, stage, parking area, etc. and it is in a good location.
(So, we should look for something like that in our search) Need to keep the cost per square foot as low as possible.
But we will probably not be able to get that one as I have not a very good history with the city. In regard to their arena etc.
Or existing Legions, that are not doing well. Even churches.
We can probably look at some smaller malls.
There are a couple of restaurant suppliers in Winnipeg. But they are extremely expensive, but we maybe able to work something out with them.
A number of display coolers for the Desserts and displays for our merchandise.
A number of Milkshake Machines
A good sized Grill & Deep Fryer and ventilation system.
About 20 Tables for 4 people, maybe a few of 10 seats, etc. chairs to match. & Dishes etc.
A small stage ( 4 -5 person bands).
Sound system etc.
Should have parking stalls.
Maybe we can run our Waygo Tournaments in each one, as well. (figure this out)
