we will agree!
The Music City Manitoba Corporation will agree to purchase To Be Determined in Manitoba from you, based on our earlier conversations, and the following, for the sum of $?,000, 000.00 + payable on June 14, 2027, or sooner.
However, we must insist on a couple of things that are instrumental in raising that much money, between now, and then.
1. As our “Manitoba’s Office Headquarters” is a very integral part in being able to raise $0,00,000.00, plus the costs of renovation, entertainment, equipment, furniture, meals for the bus program, and everything else needed, before we begin operations, and all that would need to be done in a very short period.
Therefore, we hereby request that we be granted the authority to move into the “house”, as soon as possible, so we can set up our offices, implement all our programs, complete all the renovations, to make this happen.
Of course, we would be willing to compensate you for any money you may lose, for allowing that to happen, if necessary.
We would move ahead with the renovations at our leisure, while we are continuing with the operation of this project. We think it should not take very long to have it ready, to serve in that capacity. Then we can seriously get down to raising the funds we need to do this in 2026. We would be prepared to pay you per month for the use of this area. Payable on June 15, 2027, as well. That will amount to approximately an extra. $??,???.??
Also, please note, all renovations that we make, (this could be significant) will remain, the property of To Be Determined, until it is paid in full. These renovations will substantially add to the value of the building.
2. We require enough time to sell the 500 Business Sponsorships & and the 500 Individual Sponsorships, as well as the one bus per day, for 365 days, that we need to cover the entirety of the cost to purchase, renovate, and open our operations, so it is imperative that we begin that process immediately. If we don’t, we may miss the deadline opening date of June 15, 2026. As it is, that opening date is looking less likely, because of all the delays we are encountering, but believe we can still get it done, if we move quickly.
3. We need to spend some time in the building to measure things out, determine where we want things to go. Especially on the 2nd floor, as that will be the first place we will work on, as we could use that space to conduct, all the initial business we need to do.
4. We would need an assurance from you that you would stay on, and continue to run, and or supervise, part of our plan for at least 12 – 18 months from when we “open the doors”, – June 15, 2026, or for as long as you like, thereafter. Of course, we will compensate you generously for that service. We would be prepared to offer you $?,000.00/month for this service. That is $?0,000.00 per year just for managing that part, training us, and assuring that the great service you provide now, will be available on a consistent basis, thereafter.
5. We would require your signature as acceptance of this agreement, so we can move forward with promoting and selling this project.
*** Without it, we can’t and won’t do it.

You can get your lawyers to make up a legal document if you like,
as long as it doesn’t waste too much time, and everything we have in here, is part of it.
There might be another way in which we can make everyone happy, if the offer above, is not satisfactory.
However, a serious sit – down discussion, where we can actually communicate, would need to be held, before we would consider, that option.

our schedule for renovations
This is our schedule for the renovations and upgrades we would make.
Renovations on exterior will be made on May 1, 2, 3, 2026
(weather permitting)
Includes – Signage, LED Screen, Painting, & beautification etc.
Renovation of the Interior will start on May 4, 2026
Includes – Stage, LED Screen, Flooring, Washrooms, Bar, Painting & Decorating.
Basically, a total upgrade of the main floor. Work should all be done by May 24, 2026.
We should check all the electrical to make sure everything is up to par, as well.
Hopefully, we can get all the offices etc., done before these dates.
(Painting, repairs, flooring, washrooms, etc.) This should not take very long,
but we would like to have the time to do this, at our leisure.
While we are moving ahead, raising the money.
Opening day is planned for June 14, 2027
We will plan everything down to the last detail.
Everyone must be in place, to do what each has to do, on time.
Obviously, these are just sample photos. But they will serve a guideline of what we want to do.

Estimated size of 2nd Floor = 4,536 sq. ft.

So, we can make the entertainment schedule run effectively.
