Music City Manitoba would like to propose an opportunity that will greatly improve the parks revenue & profile and provide many more activities than they currently provide at this time.

* We would like to hold a yearly Hockey Tournament in the Arena. In roughly the time period of January 3 – March 31, 2027  – or when available      during that time. 3 Games per day – So, not to disrupt what you offer now, at times & dates that the ice would be available.

 * We would like to hold yearly Baseball Tournaments on the fields.

     June 5 – Sept 2, 2027 – 3 games per day on two fields. – So, not to disrupt what you offer now, at times that the fields is available per day.

* We would also like to hold annual Corn Hole Tournaments, Archery Tournaments, Javelin Tournaments, Skijoring Tournaments, Volleyball, etc. as laid out in our website…

* We would like an area where we can pitch a series of tents, that we will be making available for people coming to Music City Manitoba

   on our Bus Program. Of course, we will have a clean-up team and a security team.

* As we may not have adequate parking, we suggest the Park open its’ parking lot to our clients and charge a reasonable fee for that. This will       cause the park to bring in more significant revenue, as well. We will help promote that.

* Maybe we can set up a temporary Amphitheatre. This will not be used very much, as all our entertainment will be indoors, except for real big     entertainers where we may need a big field. These of course, will be scheduled many months in advance.

*** For the use of their facilities for above activities we will pay to The Park the sum of $1.00 per ticket that we sell to the entire project per year.

       Up to 6500 tickets per day x 312 days x $1.00 = $2,028,000.00 per year. You will never find a better neighbour!

* We will also offer the Park the first right of refusal to operate the entire Liquor Sales in Music City Manitoba.
