Notes on the video:

1. I put the video in, and I will continue to do update it as I get more done to where I want it to be.

2. We want the map provided done first, with everything I have described, in it. That is the purpose.

Basically, everything has to fit in the layout of the entire property. Things may have to be juggled around until we get there.

3. We will make the completed video, once I have the layout the way I want. Can’t really finish it until I can include a completed layout.

5. Most of the photos are not what I am looking for.

6. The landscape has to be, what is provided, not anything else, as this is what we will use to get the land.

I don’t know if this AI Shit will work. I may have to just get the Architects to provide me with exactly what I want.

But I want to provide them with what we are trying to do here, so they won’t screw up. Their hourly work is not cheap!

This property in Pine Dock is located on the west shore of Lake Winnipeg in the Narrows region of the lake. Situated on a calm quiet bay with an air strip nearby, this property offers a parcel of 350 acres, 2.7 kilometres of exquisite lakefront terrain, three year round residences with the main house being beautifully refinished and tastefully expanded and updated, four seasonal cabins, a fabulous sea plane base and 400 feet of floating dock & breakwater. Much potential for expansion and business opportunities including developing into a residential subdivision, fishing resort (the Walleye fishing is AMAZING), bed and breakfast and so much more.

This property is about 1 mile north of our proposed site.

The land we would like to acquire, is adjacent, and similar to the property in the following video.

The purpose of creating this presentation is to use it in securing the property, to give the public a good idea of

the plan, and to provide our architects with a fairly accurate assessment of what we want to accomplish.

Pine Dock is a small fishing community by Lake Winnipeg in Manitoba, Canada. It had a population that was largest in the 1970s. Since this time its population has decreased. There is a small public beach and community town hall that continues to operate. During the 1970s to 1980s there was a small general store and a gas station, and an elementary school run by the Frontier School Division, however these are no longer operating. There is still a government dock and fishing station that continues to be used by local fishing industry. The next closest community is located on Matheson Island, Manitoba, that is 15 miles north of Pine Dock on Provincial Road 234, and accessed by a cable Ferry. South of Pine Dock are several recreational cottage developments including Beaver Creek Provincial Park (Manitoba), Mill Creek and Little Deer.

Imagine a sprawling outdoor music festival layout, under a blanket of Pine & Poplar Trees, within a magnificent Amphitheatre with hundreds of small chalets, around the entirety of the peninsula, overlooking the lake set against a vibrant sunset, casting a warm golden hue across the scene. (See below for location)

Should include areas for the various tournaments. (Skeet Shooting, Water Sports Area, Corn Hole, etc.)

Also include a 400,000 sq. ft entertainment venue. Will need the same thing walk through of that included, as well, for the interior of the Venue. With Stages, Coffee House, Indoor Tournament areas, etc.

Black & Gold canopies with strings of twinkling fairy lights are scattered throughout, creating cozy gathering spots where festival-goers can lounge on brightly patterned blankets. Stages adorned with intricate decorations rise majestically in the background, flanked by lush green trees swaying gently in the breeze. Food stalls with banners offer tantalizing treats, while people dance joyfully in the foreground, their faces illuminated by the soft glow of lanterns. The air is filled with the infectious rhythm of live music, mingling with laughter and chatter.

This project is conducive to the entirety of her portfolio. We assume that she will be more than willing to assist us

in steering us in the right direction, to gain access to the property or any portion that we are interested in, and if it is available.

The Minister of Sport, Culture, Heritage and Tourism in Manitoba oversees the Department of Sport, Culture and Heritage, which manages government programs and services that support the province’s

sport, art, culture, and heritage. The Minister’s responsibilities include:

Leases and Permits

Due to the vast amount of Crown land throughout the province, please identify the site in question by providing a copy of a 1:50:000 topographical map (or a copy of the Plan of Subdivision).

We will check the Crown Land Registry System and notify you as to whether or not the site is available. If the land in question is available, an application for lease or permit may then be completed and submitted. If a copy of the topographic map or Plan of Subdivision has not previously been forwarded, it must now accompany the completed application and applicable fee.

Hire or buy a herd of goats to clean the property.

Goats need to be “housed” in the winter to keep them safe, healthy, and comfortable. Cold weather, high winds,

and moist conditions can stress out goats, leading to less productivity or illness. A well-built shelter does more than just provide a dry, comfortable place for goats to live; it also protects them from the elements.

Proper insulation and ventilation are essential to prevent excessive moisture and respiratory problems. Goats can withstand

cold temperatures if they are kept free from drafts, but they require shelter to ensure their well-being during the winter months.

My name is Wayne

The founder and driving force behind this serene 5000 – acre proposed event centre . My mission is blending natural beauty with sophisticated events, entertainment and experiences.

As a dedicated Manitoban, an enthusiast of music, design, and art, I see life through a lens of creativity and meaningful connections. Manitoba, to me, is the core of existence, and it is this belief that fuels my passion for bringing people together.

So that we can have a scaled down event, in the first year.

3. Design a larger dock for some of the Water Sports

4 – Design a Dock for each Glamping Pod Village.

5. Design a RV Park for a number of RVs.

6. Design a Dock for the House Boat Village.

7. Design a Glamping Pod Chalet area for the Entertainers, on the tip of the peninsula behind the Temporary Amphitheatre.

8. Design a 2nd RV Park area.

9. Docks for each Glamping Village.

10. Design a Parking Lot & an Entrance with a big sign with a parking area.

Please Note:

Once we achieve the number of units we are striving for, we will make the unused units available to those that are homeless, until the units are needed.

We will also be willing to provide some meals, if they are willing to do small jobs around the site, like snow clearing, etc.

Or we will construct a couple of bunk houses, that will serve the same purpose.

This we believe will help alleviate the homelessness problem in Manitoba. We will even provide transportation to the location, if wanted, and possible.

For those that are willing to work, we will be willing to provide jobs for those that qualify, as well.

We hope this will be able to provide them with an opportunity to get back on their feet and move on to what they want to do.

If there are any musicians that are in this condition, we will do our utmost to help them to get back on their feet. Maybe even be able to get them in a performing state of mind.

We will create a one -of – a – kind, dignified program, just for this initiative. We will solve Manitoba’s Homeless problem, once and for all. Stay Tuned!
