As we do not have time to waste. 

Here is a short, to the point, simple proposal. If they like it great! We will move forward.

If they do not like it, we will forget it and look for another suitable venue.

Let us know as soon as possible, one way or the other.

This may not be a traditional offer, but it is a proposal that is fair.

We will agree to purchase the property known as “1530 Gamble Place” in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. 

For the sum of $30,000,000.00 CDN

Approximately 412,849 sq. ft.  (28.6 acres – inclusive of everything).

As we do not have $30,000,000.00 cash at this time, (and we are not going to borrow it) this is conditional on the following factors:

* That the proper zoning and all other requirements are able to be met, and that we are able to hold our preliminary events at  1530 Gamble Place. (This to help raise the $30,000,000.00).

*  That we can get an engineering report done, just to make sure that the roof doesn’t leak, and that kind of stuff 

is up to standards, and that we can bring in our architects as soon as possible, to look things over.

* The cost of the building of $30,000,000.00 will be paid in full, between now and June 14, 2027. Otherwise, the agreement can  be declared null and void.

* That we are able to use the building & property from July 31, 2025 – June 14, 2027, for preparation, planning, 5 or 6                      promotional events, an awareness campaign, selling our sponsorships, tickets, and products, etc. Basically, to raise the                $30,000,000.00 

*  The architects to do their thing, and some cosmetic construction of a few minor but necessary things. 

 * That the use of some office furniture, and other such equipment be included, initially, and that it will all be included, including the phone system, in the sale price, after it is paid in full.

* We would want the “lease to purchase agreement” to begin July 31, 2025. The owners of the building can do that. 

We will sign off on it, if we agree.

*  Our project will start on June 14, 2027.

* With the full payment of $30,000,000.00 paid on that date, or sooner, if possible.

* We will not include any deposits of any kind, until that date. So, don’t ask.

 * That the bill of sale be provided to us, on the date, in which it is paid in full.

* We will make all temporary renovations, at our expense, required between July 15, 2025 – July 14, 2027, to bring it to the                standards that we require, to move forward.

*  As $30,000,000.00 is a lot of money to raise in a short period of time. Time is of the essence.


We don’t have to do this. We don’t need to do this. We want to do this! 


Manitoba is our home, and we believe we should all try to give something back to our home. It has been pretty good to us.

This project without a doubt will be the best thing that happened to Manitoba. That includes the Jets! 

This is our attempt to do just that.

NOTE:

The Music City Manitoba Corporation would still like to purchase Jean Jackets from any of their clothing lines, for every one that comes out to Music City Manitoba, on one of our Bus Trips, of any kind. 

Providing these Jackets be made to our specifications in regard to what we want on them (embroidery). 

We would need to agree to the price per jacket, as well, as soon as possible, however.

We would order a huge number of “Silver Jackets” “Bootlegger Jackets”, “Work Warehouse Jackets” on a when needed, basis. 

Whatever Denim Jacket Company you choose to use, will be fine with us.

Of course, we can get them for Asia, as well. But would prefer getting them from a local company.
