what we will do for
POLO PARK!

 

We will deliver to the doors of Polo Park up to 2500 – 6500 shoppers per day for 312 – 365 days per year, 

from all over North America.

That is up to 2,372,500 new shoppers per year.

(Over and above what you get now).

With a minimum of only $100.00 spending per person per day, in Polo Park Mall.

That is up to

 $237,250,000.00 spending power per year in your mall.

(that is up to $5,219,500,000.00 in 22 years – Believe it or Not!).

 

We will agree to lease “The Bay” space for a period of 22 years.

At a negotiated, fair, and agreed upon rate.

(We would be willing to pay – 25% more, then what Hudson’s Bay was paying 

(in their latest lease – proof of that may be requested)

 

 

We will cover all costs related to the design, retrofitting, renovations, and development to our standards,

of the allocated space formally known as “The Bay”

 

what we require to make this happen

Conditional on these points:

* We would need to know exactly what Polo Park would want.

* That the proper zoning and all other requirements are able to be met, and that we can get an engineering report done, if necessary, just to make sure that the roof doesn’t leak, air conditioning is working, and that kind of stuff, and everything else is up to standards, and that we can bring in our architects, as soon as possible, to look things over, and to begin their planning.

 * That we are provided with all the necessary plans, drawings, of each floor, etc. in the earliest possible time frame. In particular, we would need to know the sq. ft. of each floor, so we can determine the exact number of people we can have on each floor, where exactly we can put our showroom etc. This is of the utmost importance to us. As the number of seatings we can have, is determinative, on how well that space will function, for us.  

 * If the number of washrooms is adequate, and up to par, or if we have to install more of them.

 * That we are fully informed of anything that is not up to standards. Heating, Cooling, Roof, Water, Sewage, Security, and the like.

 * That we are able to use this property from  August 312025 – August 31, 2027,  for preparation, planning, a number of promotional events, an awareness campaign, selling our sponsorships, tickets, and products, renovations, sound/light system, and basically everything else we need to do to get this place all ready, for Show Time. At absolutely no cost.

 * That we are able to use the least used parking lot, closest to the property, from time to time, for some of our outdoor activities, and other requirements, and of course for the parking we would require.

No load – bearing walls or pillars will be touched. This is basically all cosmetic renovations. If there are any major issues, we will get approval from the owners.

 * That we will be able to get an answer (yes, we are interested – or no we are not interested) to this offer, before September 1, 2025, so that the architects can do their thing, and some minor but necessary cosmetic renovations can get done. All renovations will be phased in, as we go along.

 * We understand that there may be some delay because of the previous tenant, and all that, but that does not have to hold up an answer, if they are interested or not. We are easy to work with, but time is a very important element, in this project.

PLEASE NOTE: 

If for some reason, we are not able to lease   “The Bay”  from Polo Park, there may still be an opportunity for you, for us to deliver a huge number of shoppers to you, on a regular basis, in conjunction with our program, at another location. 

But, under that scenario, it may cost Polo Park something. If they were to be interested. To be determined.

Let it be known that

We have delivered over 5,000,000 people, by buses, to various destinations in North America,

from Alaska to Mexico, to the Tip of Texas, from Vancouver to Prince Edward Island and 100s of places, in between. 

We know what to do, how to do it, and we will do it to

Music City Manitoba – Polo Park, as well.

The fact that the US $ is worth about 35% more than ours, makes it much

easier to sell the American market. 

We will most certainly use that, and the fact they get a refund on the GST, in our sales to them.

 

Also let it be known that 

We would normally receive anywhere from $25. – $100. per person per day in commission + Accommodations, Meals, Entertainment, etc. that we delivered to anywhere else.

We are not asking for any of that. Simply to lease the property, as stated above. 

(We would thereby, basically be paying Polo Park a commission, 

to deliver all this business, to them!).

 

We would be the absolute best “Anchor Tenant” that you, or any mall, has ever had, period.

We also know that there is no one else in North America, that can do what we can for you,

and we are willing to pay you, to do it.

 

Also

You will be participating in making Manitoba, the most – sought after tourist, entertainment, and shopping destination, in our country! At virtually no cost to Polo Park.

Manitoba has been good to Polo Park, might be a good time to return the favour.

Your choice.

We have designed a series of very unique, and exciting ways to market and promote 

the Shopping Segments of these tours. 

In which to get as many shoppers as possible to spend at least $100.00 in Polo Park.

We will unveil them once the facility is 100% on board.

 

These methods will help increase the sales of each outlet that you have in the mall,  

and increase their exposure to the public many times over. 

Every outlet in the mall could benefit.

The Shoppers will be in Polo Park   6  15 hours per day.
