So, you never know who your “Super Star” neighbours, may be!

Only 28 – 112 of these units will be available, the 2nd year. More the 3rd year and so forth, 

until we get the full complement of what we will need. 

They will be available for the 

4 Day / 3 Night trips (Sunday – Wednesday), 

3 Day/ 2 night trips (Wednesday – Friday), and the (Friday – Sunday) trips.

We will be taking reservation soon.

Book your trip as soon as you can to insure you will have fantastic accommodations, 

on your Music City Manitoba – mini-vacation.

There will also be tent accommodations available (for the events in summer).

The costs for the accommodations are included in your trips.

Creating the Most Desired Tournament & Music Destination in Canada – pinawa, Manitoba

we will agree

The Music City Manitoba Corporation will agree to deliver to Wilderness Edge Retreat in Pinawa, Manitoba on a rotating basis: 

3 buses (if accommodations are available) 84 rooms every Sunday – Wednesday, Wednesday – Friday, & Friday – Sunday. 

If in fact we can get enough rooms to do that, and the cost of the rooms per night are very reasonable.

We would need blocks of 28 rooms per bus, on a consistent basis. We would need to know the exact number of rooms that you can provide for

 this project, without being a detriment to the business you provide now. 


In the summer months, and in conjunction with the rooms you supply, we can also use the “tent village” for this purpose.

As well as a number of Day Bus Trips, on all days of the week. The number of these buses will depend on the capacity of the venues for

 the entertainment. We will also provide fantastic live entertainment every day. All kinds of genres.


It is our goal to eventually have 5000 people per day at Music City Manitoba in Pinawa, Manitoba, from all over Canada & The US.

 With bus groups rotating every:

 Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Tuesday, Thursdays, & Saturdays, 

as well as many Day Trips from towns within 250 Km of the Retreat. on a daily basis.


We will agree to offer to our clients all the meals that you provide, (for a dinner) as well as we will buy a simple menu of “comfort food” to give to

 our clients when arriving, in the early afternoon. (Something like Stew, Chili, Fish Patties with Perogies)


Also, if you provide the Theatre/Gym to us, or a reasonable facsimile, for our entertainment, you can serve Delectable Desserts and Coffee

 Cocktails, as well provide the dinner meal in the evening, that the clients will pay for. (See next section).


All these minor details will be arranged once we know if you are interested, or not.

We would have to insist on a couple of things that are instrumental in making that possible.

 

 

We will require the Theatre & Gym, or a reasonable facsimile, as it already has a stage, that will be helpful, to hold our nightly entertainment. 

We would also like to use this space, for dinner for the group. every day. We will set up the exact schedule for this.

 

 

Do you have a set of Backline Equipment & Sound System for the stage? If so, what do you have? If not, we will provide that.

 

 

We would also require space on the property to be able to set  up “a tent village” of between 28 – 224 + tents for the overnight bus trips

 accommodations for the bus program, for the summers of 2026 (if possible) & 2027 & 2028.

 

 

We would also require a location in which to set up a large tent, in case of inclement weather, on the property, 

for 2026 (if possible) & 2027 & 2028, with a stage. Summer only. In case we want to bring in bigger bands, we would

 need more space.

 

 

If you could supply food services for our bus passengers that would be great. (we can supply a “simple menu” of what we would want). 

Of course, we can make arrangements for the costs of that service.

 

We would require 3 or 4 comped room per band, to house our entertainers, while they are performing there, as well as comped rooms for our tour

 guides (Staff). They will be staying with each of their groups. We can put 2 or 3 in a room.  We can make arrangements for those, if available.

Otherwise, we would need parking stalls, for a few RVs.

 

Of course, we realize that we would not be able to extend our program to 365 days per year, unless we have adequate accommodations, for our

 clients. So, a location close to the property where we can begin to plan to put in a number of our “Glamping Chalet Pods”. (see below) 

We plan for 28 units per bus. The more buses we can deliver, the better. Eventually we would be wanting to bring 6 -12 – 44 buses per rotation.

 

If you have a building/room that can seat up to 500 – 1000 people, that would be

 perfect. We need a Mr. Canada’s Coffee House, but we could use a large tent in the summers for 2026, 2027 & 2028, if need be.

 

therefore

1.  As our “Music City Manitoba’s Main Retreat Destination” would be a very integral part in being able to raise substantial revenue plus the costs of the entertainment, equipment, meals for the bus program, our future accommodation program, and everything else needed, before we begin the long – term operation, and all that would need to be done in a very short period.

Therefore, we hereby request that we be granted the authority to start to sell our trips to the Wilderness Edge Retreat, as soon as possible, implement all our programs, begin our promotion program, to make this happen. We will make our program conform with what you have now. If in fact you were to be interested. 

We think it should not take very long to have it ready, to serve in that capacity. Then we can seriously get down to raising the funds we need to do this in 2026/2027/2028, and beyond.

2. We require enough time to sell the 500 Business Sponsorships & and the 500 Individual Sponsorships, as well as the 1 – 12 buses per day, for 365 days, that we need to cover the entirety of this Destination Retreat segment of the overall project, renovate, and open our operations, the way they should be, so it is imperative that we begin that process immediately. If we don’t, we may miss the deadline opening date of June 152026. As it is, that opening date is looking less likely, because of all the delays we have been encountering, but believe we can still get it done to a certain extent, if we move quickly.

3. We may need to spend some time (maybe a day) at the property to better understand what we may have to do and to determine where we want things to go. We can come there to check the place out.

5. We would require a letter/email, as acceptance of this agreement, so we can move forward with promoting and selling this project.

*** Without it, we can’t, and won’t do it.

We will have a number of questions to insure that this runs like a well oiled machine.
 
We assume that there are baseball fields etc. in the town of Pinawa. We would
make arrangements for the use of those fields for tournaments, etc. With also the possibility of creating a Amphitheatre area with an outdoor stage. For when we want to have bigger name entertainers that would require more space.
                                   
We understand that Pinawa has some RV Parking & Camping areas. We may be able to work with them to supply whatever we may need in that regard.
 
Would there be property available, in which we can establish our Glamping Chalets, over time?  They are not big. Just 11′.1″ x 23′
 Using Tents in the summer, is fine, for the first couple of years, but                                 not the solution for what we would need, to properly market & to bring in the          numbers of people year – round for many, many years.
                                      
We anticipate that it will take about 5 years to get everything to the point, that we  would need it to be, to deliver the numbers we eventually would want, as to be as successful as we know it can be.

What we would need to know. asap

   How many rooms can be devoted to this project, on a yearlong basis?

   Cost of those rooms per night?

   Can you provide a light snack, for everyone arriving on the buses.

    How much for that? We can determine the best, easiest, and cheapest, for that        purpose. 

    Can you make a dinner available every night? for everyone? The clients pay for         this meal from your menu.
