We are not selling these Lighthouse Apartments, they are a Sponsorship. We are merely offering them to you, to use for next to nothing, for 10 years, and get all the benefits of a sponsorship, and make a lot of extra money.
The cost of this Sponsorship will be based on the actual cost of building each one.
Cost per unit is tentatively set at $50,000.00 + GST but still to be determined.
So, your Profit Potential of 236% in 10 years.
We can make it, so that anyone can afford, one of these units.
A 10% deposit of $2,000.00 + $166.66 + GST per month for 9 years.
Don’t forget Sponsorships are Tax Write-Offs.
