The first few things that we need to know – ASAP:
#1 – The exact cost per sq. ft./mile for the Boardwalk, and the how, who, what, etc. as we have to know that, so we can set the exact price we will sell each sq. ft. for.
This is to include the costs of putting in the benches with Bronze, Fiberglass, Epoxy, or whatever, etc. Bench Statues, and such. (with drawings/3D animations, and so forth).
#2 – The exact cost of each Glamping Chalets. Plus, plans for those.

#3 – The drawings, costs of building the Lighthouse with 28 accommodation units in it.

#4 – Amphitheatre Stage – Bad-Finger Bay. 60′ x 40′ –
Make out of Limestone, if possible.
#5 – The Great Wall of Fame – Need all information on constructing, at least the first 500 feet.
# 6 – Find out for sure, if it is possible for us to get the River Rouge. It would need to get on a Dry Dock in the summer, so we can start evaluating what must be done to get it seaworthy. If we can get this arranged, I can make sure we get some free publicity for our project, and maybe some leverage to deal with the province.
I have an offer all ready to go to your neighbours, and the owners & and the contractors we would need to retrofit it.
If we are going to be making millions of dollars for these companies, they will have to show some good faith, otherwise we will not have anything to do with them. I have done this for too long, in the past, no more.
