The Proposal / Offer

 
 

We will agree to pay the going rate, to the Project Management, of our choosing, in a manner that works for us.

PLUS

Bonus 

We are prepared to offer 1 Share in the Music City Manitoba Corporation.

That share will be worth much more than $1,000,000.00 + numerous other benefits.

After we are 100% finished, The Estimated & Anticipated return of that 1 share, could be as great, as  – $20,000,000.00 per year.

We are only offering these shares to the most crucial suppliers that we need, to get the job done, right. 

The project manager will have the authority to offer, this kind of arrangement with a number of key players, like heavy equipment operators who will prepare the land for us, suppliers that we will need a lot of supplies from, like Deck suppliers, Aluminum Framing, etc. 

Example – We should determine exactly how much of the property needs to be cleared, and prepared, determine the costs, and we will agree to offer the company, that does that kind of thing, the job, providing they agree to do a certain amount at the beginning of the project, as a sponsorship.

Under certain conditions, of course, and with our approval.

And who will look after our best interests, at all times. Which of course will benefit them tremendously.

This is over and above whatever their actual cost will be, to oversee this entire project.

The shares will be transferred by our lawyers, at such time, as it is confirmed that they are serious, and have proven that they will be committed to this Epic Project.


It has been agreed to, that we will take a couple of trips to the property, 

to assess what we need to do first, to get it ready for the first things we need to do. 

Dates to be determined.

Where we can put in a Temporary Parking Lot.

Where exactly will the 1st mile of the Boardwalk will run.

Where exactly we will build the first Amphitheatre Stage.

Where the Seating Area will be, and what we need to do to make it presentable.

Where we need the power source to begin.


The first few things that we need to know – ASAP:

#1 – The exact cost per sq. ft./mile for the Boardwalk, and the how,                 who, what,  etc. as we have to know that, so we can set the exact             price we will sell each sq. ft. for.

          This is to include the costs of putting in the benches with Bronze,             Fiberglass, Epoxy, or whatever, etc. Bench Statues, and such.                   (with drawings/3D animations, and so forth).

#2 – The exact cost of each Glamping Chalets. Plus, plans for those.

          (with drawings/3 D Animations, and so forth).

#3 – The drawings, costs of building the Lighthouse with 28                                 accommodation units in it.

           (with drawings/3 D Animations, and so forth)

#4 –   Amphitheatre Stage – Bad-Finger Bay.  60′ x 40′ – 

           Make out of Limestone, if possible. 

#5 –   The Great Wall of Fame – Need all information on constructing,                 at least the first 500 feet.

# 6 – Find out for sure, if it is possible for us to get the River Rouge. It               would need to get on a Dry Dock in the summer, so we can start               evaluating what must be done to get it seaworthy. If we can get               this arranged, I can make sure we get some free publicity for our             project, and maybe some leverage to deal with the province.

         I have an offer all ready to go to your neighbours, and the owners           & and the contractors we would need to retrofit it.

If we are going to be making millions of dollars for these companies, they will have to show some good faith, otherwise we will not have anything to do with them. I have done this for too long, in the past, no more.


Each Shareholder will need to buy a Black Gold VIP Membership, at some point.

The First mile of the Boardwalk

This is the first area we want to check out, on our first tour.

1st Mile of the Boardwalk, Small Amphitheatre, Tenting area, Temporary Parking Lot, Spectator Seating.  Check if there is a beach of some kind there.

We get this ready and we can go ahead with some stuff. Hopefully for June of 2027.!!!
