We will agree to pay the going rate to the Architect of our choosing, in a manner that works for us.
As a Bonus
We are prepared to offer 1 Share in the Music City Manitoba Corporation
That share is worth $1,000,000.00
Return on investment of that 1 share is Approximately $786,685.60 per year.
We are only offering the shares to the crucial suppliers that we need, to get the job done, right.
And will look after our best interests at all times.
This is over and above what their actual cost will be, to oversee this entire project.
(The Company has no debt, whatsoever)
what we are looking for
A firm that will take all our ideas, improve on them, and make them all fit in
and work perfectly with the space we have available.
Must be totally above board with us on everything, at all times, and not try to take advantage of our ignorance of
the construction and building of such a renovation.
We would need a conceptual 3D Drawings of what this building will look like, as quickly as possible.
A complete cost analysis of what it will take to make it look like what we want.
We may make this offer to 3 different Architectural firms, if necessary.
