* All though these Coffee Houses will eventually cost a lot more, we would like to establish the half dozen or so, at between $20 – $30,000.00, for each Mr. Canada’s “Special Agent” Coffee House, to open. Dependent on what is required, for each location. We are willing to work with each “Special Agent” to make it easy for them to begin.

* That will also cover the 1st – 3 months of rent, and 1 month of supplies, and the necessary equipment, staging equipment etc., as well as the minor renovations we may have to do. Stage, Bar, Kitchen, Washrooms, and the like, to begin…

* At the prevailing rates, hopefully the total rent will be between $55. – $100.00 per day.

* Administration fee will only be 2% of Gross Sales, payable monthly.

* Total Investment required will be determinative on aforementioned points.

* Each Mr. Canada’s Coffee House “Special Agent” will receive a location that is about 2000 – 3000 sq. ft. with a seating capacity of 300 – 700 people.

* Own as many locations as you want.

* If they could recommend building & locations, where they would like to be, that would be perfect.

* Each Mr. Canada’s Coffee Houses will receive a small stage conducive to the size of the room.

* The Music City Manitoba Corporation will provide all the necessary equipment required to get you started, for your individual Coffee House.

* The Music City Manitoba Corporation will provide all merchandise that it wants sold, for which we will pay to the Special Agent – 15% on each item sold.

* The Music City Manitoba Corporation will also pay a 10% commission on all tickets/bus passes etc. that each Coffee House sells, to all our entertainment events.

* Music City Manitoba Corporation will provide a very simple and easy menu for all Coffee Houses to follow. (see below)

* The Father Pap Booking Agency will set up 1 – year rotating line-up of all the entertainers for each Coffee House, with 7 day gigs for each band. Then we will put them all in throughout the entire network.

* The Music City Manitoba Corporation will equip each stage with a set of good quality back line equipment.

* Hours of operation will be determined by each individual Special Agent.
