THE great

alberta

MILe

Current Premier of Alberta – Danielle Smith

Alberta is a province in Canada. It is a part of Western Canada and is one of the three  prairie provinces. Alberta is bordered by British Columbia to its west, Saskatchewan to its east, the Northwest Territories, to its north, and the  US state of Montana to its south. Alberta and Saskatchewan are the only two landlocked provinces. The eastern part of the province is occupied by the Great Plains, while the western part borders the Rocky Mountains. The province has a predominantly continental climate, but seasonal temperatures tend to swing rapidly due to its aridly.  Those swings are less pronounced in western Alberta because of its occasional Chinook winds.  Alberta is Canada’s fourth-largest province by area, at 661,848 square kilometres (255,541 sq mi), and the fourth-most populous, with 4,262,635 residents.[Alberta’s capital is Edmonton; its largest city is Calgary. The two cities are Alberta’s largest census metropolitan. More than half of Albertans live in Edmonton or Calgary, which encourages a continuing rivalry between the two cities. English is the province’s official language. In 2016, 76.0% of Albertans were anglophone, 1.8% were francophone, and 22.2% were allophone.

Alberta’s economy is advanced, open, market – based, and characterized by a highly educated workforce, strong institutions and property rights, and sophisticated financial markets. The service sector employs 80% of Albertans, in fields like healthcare, education, professional services, retail, tourism and financial services. The industrial base includes manufacturing, construction, and agriculture (10%, 5%, and 2% of employment respectively), while the knowledge economy  includes about 3000 tech companies employing an estimated 60,000 people, mainly in Calgary and Edmonton. The energy sector employs 5% of Albertans but significantly impacts exports and GDP. Alberta’s exports, primarily US-bound,[consist of 70% oil and gas, 13% food products, and 12% industrial products. Oil and gas are culturally influential, having shaped politics, generated “striking it rich” narratives, and created boom-and-bust cycles. In 2023, Alberta’s output was $350 billion, 15% of Canada’s GDP.

Music City Manitoba’s

Great Board Walk to Fame

(Entrance Gate, Water Fountains, Washrooms & Prime Minister’s Exhibit)

We are not asking for Grants, Loans, or any special treatment.

We are simply asking the Federal Government to sponsor,

one mile or more, of the Great Boardwalk of Manitoba,

which by the way is just a small piece of this Epic Project.

This, of course, will help us convince all the provinces, and many of their crown corporations, and

businesses, in those provinces, to also participate, as sponsors of this very unique, coming together, Epic Project.

It is also, our intention to book as many train cars, as Via Rail, can supply to us, from both east & west

to come to Manitoba, on a consistent, frequent & scheduled, basis.

This will have as much significance, to Canada,

as did the building the Transcontinental Railroad.

alberta GOVERNMENT - MILE 4

Creating the Railroad System, was one of the most significant events in

our history, so, we will replicate it, in a small way, for the 21 century.

Put something like this within the exhibit, as well.

Although the screen will serve the same purpose.

Prime Ministers of Canada

1949 – present

Put something like this within the exhibit, as well.

Although the screen will serve the same purpose.

On November 7, 1885, the ceremonial last spike was driven at Craigellachie, in the interior of British Columbia, marking the completion of Canada’s Transcontinental Railway.

While the railway plays a lessor role in Canada’s transportation chain today compared with 140 years ago, it remains a major contributor to the economy overall and is an important source of employment in railway towns across the country.

Having VIA supplying us with as many passenger cars, as possible,

We could improve your passenger capacity by at least 10 – fold, in both directions,

and as many times per week, as possible.

There will be a new LED screen in place, for each Sponsored Mile.

Stay Tuned!

The Prime Ministers screen will go here. (same kind of thing as above).

The podium on which the 2 people are pressing buttons allows for an interactive visit.

In other words, by choosing the correct button the viewer can get close-ups of each Prime Minister, a history, and even a short video.

The display panel would be programmed, so it could be changed regularly.

The Great Wall of Fame (in a different area of the property)

First, we will create a drawing, for their approval, of our Prime Ministers.

(from 1949 to present day)

with  (1 female premier) waiting to board a train at Music City Manitoba,

on the Great Boardwalk to Fame, in The Isle of Wayne, Manitoba, Canada.

The Boardwalk Display will have the Prime Ministers in various poses, boarding the train,

discussing what an excellent idea it is, to construct a lifelong benefit on

The Great Boardwalk to Fame, for our country of Canada.

This Boardwalk Display, along with up to another 15 Displays or more, will draw hundreds of thousands of tourists,

just to see the Exhibits.

Not to mention all displays of the “Manitoba Wildlife”, we intend to include along the same route.

These bigger than or life sized “Boardwalk Displays” will be made exclusively for Music City Manitoba by:

This Sponsorship is unlike any Sponsorship Program, the federal government has ever done.

They will actually make huge amounts of money, every year, for a lifetime.

With these kind of profits, they will actually be able to fund many of the sports, and cultural events

that we have in Canada, much easily, on a yearly basis.

While getting free advertising, tons of recognition, millions in spin off economic benefits, for a lifetime.

(Think Musicians, Motor Coach Companies, Media Outlets, Bus Drivers, Tour Guides, and so forth)…

The above proposal is for the aformentioned sponsor of 1 mile of the Boardwalk.

Here is the cost on a per sq. ft. basis, in case they may also want to sponsor pieces of it,

on behalf of their family, friends, employees or clients, etc.

of sponsoring this mile, on the Great Board to Fame in Manitoba)

Please Note:

Payment of these sponsorships can be made by cheque, etransfer, or with goods & services, amounting to

the cost of the sponsorships, or a part of it, in a manner that would be the most beneficial to your budgeting process,

in a reasonable timeline, agreed to by Music City Manitoba.

We will create an Amazing Display, 100% to scale or bigger.

The Train will be in our colours with the

Name – Music City Manitoba on it.

This display will go in a highly visible section of the Boardwalk on the Federal

Government’s sponsored mile, with a rest area etc., in an area similar to what is

depicted in the photo, at the bottom of this paragraph.

The “Conductor” will be depiction, of a well – known Canadian Music Icon.

come on people,
