BENEFITS TO LONG & MCQUADE

Normally sponsors receive a questionable benefit for sponsoring a charity or event.

We at Music City Manitoba have a much different approach.

So, we have initiated that particular concept, in asking you to support this very worthwhile, and one of a kind project

A unique, Special Bonus has been created especially for Long & McQuade.

To ensure that we will receive the best service and product, we will agree to pay Long & McQuade ($1.00 for every ticket we sell to Music City Manitoba, for the first 10 years. Starting on the first week we start selling our events, we will send you your share, on a monthly basis.

In some cases our buses may be able to depart from your locations, thereby you will receive a number of potential clients per day, that you would, not normally get.

We will provide Long & McQuade with a Video LED Screen in the most prime location available (Indoor, Outdoor, and in any size Long & McQuade may want, for 10 years). Your choice.

Long & McQuade will be responsible for suppling the videos.

Long & McQuade will receive the use of a Glamping Pod for 7 days per year, for 10 years. The Glamping Pod will be named after them. Available when they are completed.

Long & McQuade will receive (1) 3 Day/2 Night Trip for 56 of your friends, family, staff, and clients, per year, for 10 years to Music City Manitoba.

Multiple Radio and TV mentions per day.

For 2026, 2027, 2028, & 2029 we expect to sell up to 118,000 tickets to each of the 4 years, of our 59 day preliminary events.

$118,000.00 x 4 years + $472,000.00

Long & McQuade will receive up to = $ 472,000.00

For the following 6 years (312 days per year) we expect to sell 1,560, 000 tickets per year.

Long & McQuade will receive up to $1,560,000.00 x 6 years. = $9,360,000.00

For an approximate total of = $9,832,000.00

Plus any other business you may provide to, and for us.

The cost of buying a sponsorship is a Tax Write-Off

We want the businesses that support us to benefit greatly, as you can see.

That is more than 50 times your investment, and no doubt, your manufacturers will kick in, for your sponsorship.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want a complete set of the best backline & musical equipment available from Sound & Lights, Monitors, Microphones, & Stands, Drums, Guitars, Piano (keyboards) Everything that would be required.

We need to satisfy all the participating musicians in Music City Manitoba, with the best you have to offer.

From a Trio to a 17 piece band. (from the best, to the not so best)

Everyone that gets on stage must be completed satisfied that they have the top of the line musical equipment.

We will also require your expert knowledge, and expertise in selecting the very best equipment.

Must have the capacity to be able to handle a 2,000 seat venue to a 10 – 20,000 Amphitheatre. with ease.

For this we will be pleased to have you on board, and you will be rewarded greatly.

You will want to know that from September 1, 2024 to June 18, 2026, we are booking 7,872 – 60 second commercials, and that is on only radio 1 station. Long & McQuade will be tagged on everyone of them.

All the required equipment has to be in our hands by April 1, 2026.

However, you start getting paid a month after we start selling the tickets.

Our Company’s purpose is to bring first class entertainment, on a regular basis, at the lowest possible price, to Manitoba, while providing low cost, accommodations, and a consistent transportation program, to all of Canada and the United States. Having as many people as possible visiting Manitoba and offering them amazing entertainment is at the core of what we want to accomplish, and to provide our most treasured sponsors with over 20 times the value of their costs.
