The 4 Phases of the Great Music City Manitoba’s Epic Project.

phase two

Wall of Fame
entrance to the bad-finger bay amphitheatre area

We can double the capacity of the wall, by simply making a wider walkway, and putting in another row in the middle with a 2 – sided LED screens. Stay Tuned!

Make the first Amphitheatre Stage out of Limestone. Should be shaped the way we want it.

Use steel beams & Composite Board for the flooring. It will last a lifetime.

For the cover we can get something like the photos below or we can construct our own. Whatever is the most economical.

The size of this stage should be 60′ x 40′

Phase 2

Bad-Finger Bay Amphitheatre, Main Dock – Animation.

See if it possible to put one of these in for the Stage for this Phase, instead of what we have.

Make this stage 32′ Deep x 72′ Wide  –  4′  High.  Use a Concrete Foundation & Pad,

and dress it up with a Limestone Facade.

Using these type of Sprung Structures, for the stages, would make a lot of sense.

We can store all the equipment & lock them up every night. After each season we can store all the Tents, canoes, etc. as well.

And they open up so that they will serve as a “electronic curtain”, as well.

THE

MUSIC CITY MANITOBA

epic PROJECT

Featuring the Longest Boardwalk in the World!

This is the type of boardwalks, that we are looking for in this location. But we can improve on it. Should be quite wide, and run the total length of the “Property”

The 1st length of the dock/walkway should also be connected to the Tent Area, that we will use for display purposes.

LED Poster Screens will be placed in specific locations along the boardwalk, and of course the Wall of Fame & the Entrances.

At The Present Time

The Atlantic City Boardwalk in New Jersey, USA, is the world’s longest boardwalk,

stretching approximately 5.5 miles (8.9 km). But not for long.

phase 2

                                                                 The Banjo Bay Amphitheatre

                                                              The Docks

                                                              The Zip Line

                                                                The Caretakers Chalets

                                                               The Lighthouse

                                                               A Parking Lot

                                                                   Wild Willow Bay Docks

Once we acquire the land,

The very first thing we will do, is start Phase 2.

We will have a huge Promotional Party, to showcase where, why,

and how we will get this done.

We will invite all Manitobans to participate.

We will clear & clean up the area, build The Stage & Seating in the

Field, buy a bunch of Tents, and get power to

“Bad – Finger Point”.

That way we can begin to book all the entertainment that we want,

and begin selling trips, passes, sponsorships, & having summer

shows, immediately.

Thus, creating the necessary cash flow to get everything done.

As we will have to make a name for ourselves, so to speak, we

will have to hire the biggest names in entertainment, as possible,

 for these summer promotional parties.

We will have to make a big billboard sign with the layout, to display it at the site.

ACTIVITIES & Facilities DESIGNED, JUST FOR YOU!

designed to be in the Guinness World Record Book

the main boardwalk facilities

The Longest Lakefront Boardwalk, along the 9th largest freshwater lake, in the World.

A boardwalk is a raised platform made of wood or other materials that’s built along the coast or other bodies of water. Boardwalks are often used for walking, jogging, or biking, and can also feature shops, restaurants, Busking Stations, Rest areas, and other attractions.

The Atlantic City Boardwalk is the longest boardwalk in the world, stretching 5.5 miles along the coast of New Jersey. It’s a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, with a variety of attractions including casinos, restaurants, and amusement parks. I’ve personally walked this boardwalk and can attest to its beauty and excitement.

We will build Manitoba’s Boardwalk, in Phases, as well. Maybe a mile or two a year. We can have from 5,280 ft to 84,480 – (1 mile to 16 miles). So, we can easily surpass what exists today.

We can probably get into the Guinness World Records

While we are at it, we can also build the World’s Largest Outdoor Skating Rink, along the Boardwalk.

The Rideu Canal Skateway in Ottawa, Canada, with almost 8 uninterrupted kilometers, it proudly holds the title of the longest skating rink in the world. We can easily surpass that. From January to March, diligent local authorities diligently prepare and modify this public area, ensuring its accessibility through the installation of convenient access ramps and street furniture.

We can put in a number of our Fishing Shacks, as warm up stations, all along it. As well as using it for a number of our Tournaments, Marathon Races, etc.

A beautiful Lake Front Board Walk, for strolling, viewing the Sunset & Sunrises, bike riding, and tours.

The Boardwalk in itself will be a huge Tourist Attraction.

Plus, as a bonus, we can sell every inch of it, for advertising space.

At The Present Time

The Atlantic City Boardwalk in New Jersey, USA, is the world’s longest boardwalk,

stretching approximately 5.5 miles (8.9 km). But not for long!

We can achieve this in 2 ways. We can build it on Bad-Finger Bay, Banjo Bay, & Wild Willow Bay, and make a

circular track until we get the length needed, or we can go right around the entire property. (That would be

about 12 miles or 19 kilometres).

It may be the best to do a circular track. Which we can use for dozens of other winter activities.

Including the largest “Skate-a-thon”, snow mobile races, etc. etc. We shall see.

At The Present Time

The Rideau Canal Skateway in Ottawa, Canada, is the world’s longest naturally frozen skating rink,

stretching 7.8 kilometers (4.8 miles).

But not for long.

tenting village

Tent accommodations will be included in your 3 day/2 night & 4 Day/3 night summer trips, to Music City Manitoba until Glamping Chalets, are ready.

The Tent Village will run along the Bad- Finger Bay Dock.

If necessary, we can put in a few rows of tents on the East Side, as well, on the Banjo Bay side.

Use these colour tents, only, please!

With the majority of the tents being the smaller ones.
