3. Lay out the 1st mile of the Boardwalk to Fame. (Site preparation, materials etc. and start selling the sponsorships for it).
4. Start planning the construction of the Lighthouse. That will take care of the accommodations for one bus – 3 times per week
and pay for the building of it. Strart selling that Special Trip to it.
5. Figure out if the first dock are would be suitable for the Cruise ships, or if we should put it somewhere else, on the peninsula.
These things can be done at the same time.

A Raised Stage Area at the tip of the point. (Maybe 4 -5 ft. high). May want to use Limestone for the front of the stage. Stay Tuned!
An area where we can put up about 1250 tents all along the lakefront on the left side.
