Welcomes you in over 200 languages to, The Town of Tournaments.
If you watch the videos, it will give you more insight & understanding into what we are planning.c
The music city manitoba project
The information on this webpage will also serve as a proposal to acquire the land in question.
Estimated time line to complete the project is 5 years.
We will probably need 3 Renderings, to get this right.
(1) for Phase One
(1) for Phase 2 & 3
(1) for the Over All Total Picture.
Everything required to construct a perfect picture, is in the web page.
I have written & produced this tune, and video, to give a more visual insight, and simple explanation, as to what this project will entail.
It is not completed yet, Stay Tuned for Completion & Improvements.
soon to be the most spectacular tourist musical destination in canada!
phase one
the future home of music city manitoba
We can probably fit in a small RV Park at the South corner of this rendering. (Bottom right hand corner)
I have something in mind for the other empty section, in the same area to the left of that. (Launching Ramps & Dry Dock, maybe)
We should also have a driveway(s) just above the highway we will need to unload 4 buses, for those Chalets. (1 to each)
We may use one as an office, as well. Just for checking in.
If that little entrance is bigger than what we think, we may be able to put some of those Fisherman’s Cabins (Boats) there, as well.
Then that should do it for this Section.
Once we have all Phases completed, we should amalgamate all the animations into one of maybe 60 seconds.
In the animation, instead of the “White Capsule” see if we can insert this instead.
Put in a RV Park just to the south of where the Chalets end. Something like this?
cool, cozy, & comfortable
Preferred cabins for Lake Front
Preferred cabins for Lake Front
Other possible cabins.
These would be good for the Lake Front Cabins
I like this concept of driving into the place.
It is a good idea.
My attempt, but it is a work in progress.
But not anything close, to being accurate, but eventually we will get it.
phase 1
Not completed yet. Stay Tuned!
this is where i want to get to!
this sketch supercedes anything else. This is the bible so to speak!
Phase One – Rough drawing.
I will finish the Total Picture like this ASAP
We need a drawing, something like this, but with everything we need in it, and in the exact locations.
The red line is Pine Dock Boundry. we have to stay to the south of it.
the actual property for Phase 1 - Section 1
We should add a small RV Park on the south end of this strip. Bottom Right side.
Maybe do something with the Beach Area.
Put a few Fisherman’s Boats anchored in the harbour there.
We lost the small parking lot, as well. Doesn’t matter. Could go behind the beach area.
phase two
the future home of music city manitoba
Phase 1 – Section 2
We need to have a good sized Stage.
A large field with lawn chair seating, for now.
The Tent village should run along side the dock area, and the Amphitheatre field. with the Glamping Tents closest to dock & the water. Black & Gold (Orange) Tents. We can also use these tents as Vento Units.
I like the 2 docks in Bay # 2
The Caretaker Chalets. Can’t tell what they are.
Lighthouse is great, but would like the one I want in Black & Gold. with Laser lights, maybe.
Black & Orange (Gold)!
Add a Water Zip Line.
PHASE 2
The Tent Village will run along side of it.
Should extent the entirety of that “Point”.
Tenting Village
Port O Potties
Matheson Island ( 7 Miles away) used to have a Sawmill. Check to see if they still do. Also check about Fishing Boats.
Norway House Band also has one, check to see if they can supply all the timber for the Docks.
THIS needs to BE THE FIRST THING WE DO.
The 1st Amphitheatre Stage & Fields & Tent Village
The Tent Village
(This particular Tenting Village area is approximately 3370 x 1784 = 6,012,080sq. ft.) With each tent requiring about 200 sq. ft. We should be able to get up to 30,060 tents in there.
Of course, we don’t need that many. so we should have lots of room there.
The Amphitheatre Stage
The Amphitheatre Field with Lawn Chairs
A Parking Lot
The docks you have for these areas, are good.
(The length of the Main Dock is about 3,500 ft ft) Make it about 20 ft wide.
The Caretakers Chalets
Lighthouse
& Trails connecting things.
Looking really good!
The Seating Area for the Amphitheatre should be bigger. Will need to get up to 20,000 people in there, eventually. Maybe double the space you have there now.
I would like to Have the Glamping Tents (The Bigger Ones) Closer to the Dock, and run the length of it, and one can access them from the dock.
The smaller tents are for 2 – 3 people.
Tents need to be in Black & Orange.
(Dock – West) Field East
Dock is excellent. Ships should be
the Mr. Canada & I Like It Like That.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could put this right around the property. People will come out just to walk, or ride a bi (tours). We would be able to create advertising on it, as well. Maybe we can do a sponsorship to pay for that.
This is my favourite one for this spot.
Not Bad Stage & Cover
Caretaker’s Chalets
Caretaker Chalet Docks
1st Zip Line over The Banjo Bay.
Lighthouse & Laser Show
phase three
Music city manitoba event centre
the future home of music city manitoba
A 444,000 sq. ft. Entertainment Centre
For everything included in the Music City Manitoba Event Centre.
Main Amphitheatre Stage with Screens, Sound Equipment etc.
Neck of the Guitar with a Zip Line above it.
Body of Guitar.
Wall/Walk of Fame all around the neck & Body with
A number of LED Screens strategically placed, for best viewing.
Nice Park like atmosphere.
Lawn Chair Seating
Maybe some bleachers.
phase 3 - ideas
A layout something like this.
Skeet Shooting Range: We can have up to 3 of these, if we want, and if we have the space.
Put in about 5 different fields. Some fields can be used for more than 1 event.
A 444,000 sq. ft. Event Centre.
We will do a separate page of what’s in it.
Parking Lot. West of the fields a bit.
A sample Layout. Have to arrange t to suit what we want to do, here.
Down the neck of the guitar. Would be good to have another one here. But we will have the water one, so maybe we don’t need this one. It would be cool and unique. I like that idea!
We can put both LED Screens, and ordinary Posters on the wall.
We can put both LED Screens, and ordinary Posters on the wall.
We can put both LED Screens, and ordinary Posters on the wall.
A nicely designed walkway in front of both sides of the Wall.
A park like atmosphere.
The Stage Area will be nothing like this.
But the Laen chairs will.
all pertinent information
required, is posted below.
Of all the rendering produced this is the only one that comes close to the property we are trying to get.
Even this one is cut off at the Southern End (Calder’s Dock Area).
We will need a road in there, as indicated on my diagram.
And it still looks like there are mountains there! Plus it should be more to scale.
It is roughly 17,170 ft from longest point (tip of the area to the highway).
300 ft at the narrowest point, in Phase 3 area. So, it is a big area.
Probably about 5000 acres. Just what we want.
See what is wrong with these first renderings?
Compare them with the Screenshot of the property that I supplied.
It has to be exactly the same, as what is there.
I know these programs don’t spit out the perfect thing, but it has to be pretty close.
But it looks good! I have to get what I want, otherwise it will all be naught.
See drawing below.
If we use this layout. We should be able to get everything in here, and be able to tell what they are.
Once everything is in, then we can “dress” it up.
I have been waiting for years to get this the way I want it.
It is imperative, I get what I want this time!
phase 1 - Section 1
phase 1 - Section 2
phase 2 - Section 3
If we lay it out in this fashion, (below) it will be a much bigger image for each section, and we should be able to get everything, in each.
phase 1 - section 1
phase 1 - section 2
phase 2 - section 3
Should include:
Temporary Tent Village North Western Area facing Bay 1
MCM – Smaller of the 2 Amphitheatres
Dock #2 – Bay 2 – for Water skiing, Sailing, etc. (Just above the Lagoon Road).
Another Dock in Bay # 3
We can put food trucks in the parking lot
Maybe a Lighthouse at the Point (Black & Gold) – (Have a Laser Light Show here)
But we will need to have it line up for the cruises.
STAY TUNED!

As many Lakefront Glamping Pods (round ones)

Trails to connect everything. For the Horse Carriages, Bikes etc.
STAY TUNED!
Other Stuff…
I need one or maybe both of these Lighthouses.
The wooden one to be coloured Black & Gold to complete the videos.
This one is much easier to build, and probably much more inexpensive.
I think this one would be cool. Limestone is available probably on the property.
We can it design any shape we want. Maybe we can paint it with Bands around it.
A Black One, A Gold One, then another Black One, with a Gold Dome?
This Lighthouse must be painted Black & Gold. (Black Siding with Gold Dome & Trim)
I also have a specific way it should be built. As well as a couple of purposes for it.
Use the Black Steel Siding, like what is on the Glamping Chalets.
We will need our Logo on it, somewhere noticeable.
Less maintenance and will look stunning!
Details coming later. Stay Tuned!

The property in the following video has exactly the same characteristics, as above.
This is about 1/2 mile north of our proposed location.

This when completed, has to fit in perfectly in the drawing below, with all the corresponding data.
We may have to change the layout slightly, as we should have the walkway leading up to the Main Venue. I will see if I can better align that.

This property in Pine Dock is for sale and located on the west shore of Lake Winnipeg in the Narrows region of the lake. Situated on a calm quiet bay with an air strip nearby, this property offers a parcel of 350 acres, 2.7 kilometres of exquisite lakefront terrain, three year round residences with the main house being beautifully refinished and tastefully expanded and updated, four seasonal cabins, a fabulous sea plane base and 400 feet of floating dock & breakwater. Much potential for expansion and business opportunities including developing into a residential subdivision, fishing resort (the Walleye fishing is AMAZING), bed and breakfast and so much more.

a program for the less fortunate.
Please Note:
Once we achieve the number of units we are striving for, we will make the unused units available to those that are homeless, until the units are needed.
We will also be willing to provide some meals, if they are willing to do small jobs around the site, like snow clearing, etc.
Or we will construct a couple of bunk houses, that will serve the same purpose.
This we believe will help alleviate the homelessness problem in Manitoba. We will even provide transportation to the location, if wanted, and possible.
For those that are willing to work, we will be willing to provide jobs for those that qualify, as well.
We hope this will be able to provide them with an opportunity to get back on their feet and move on to what they want to do.
If there are any musicians that are in this condition, we will do our utmost to help them to get back on their feet. Maybe even be able to get them in a performing state of mind.
We will create a one -of – a – kind, dignified program, just for this initiative. We will solve Manitoba’s Homeless problem, once and for all. Stay Tuned!

Because this whole event is based on entertainment & music, It is only fitting that we also include a great incentive for our great musicians. Of course, everyone that has a VIP Sponsorship card can participate, but we want to highlight our appreciation for the work the musicians do for such small rewards. We intend to help them with that, if in fact one of them receives this treasure.

If any of the bands or musicians, that are performing for us, should be the one that is given this treasure, we will also include the backline as indicated in the lower part of this, as a further bonus, to them. They should get all their friends, fans, family, neighbours, and everyone they know to come help them claim this one – of – a – kind treasure.
If it is not claimed by August 14, 2028, we will add many more prizes and continue the search the following year, at this location.

Pine Dock is a small fishing community by Lake Winnipeg in Manitoba, Canada. It had a population that was largest in the 1970s. Since this time its population has decreased. There is a small public beach and community town hall that continues to operate. During the 1970s to 1980s there was a small general store and a gas station, and an elementary school run by the Frontier School Division, however these are no longer operating. There is still a government dock and fishing station that continues to be used by local fishing industry. The next closest community is located on Matheson Island, Manitoba, that is 15 miles north of Pine Dock on Provincial Road 234, and accessed by a cable Ferry. South of Pine Dock are several recreational cottage developments including Beaver Creek Provincial Park (Manitoba), Mill Creek and Little Deer.
