We would like to enter into a “Contra Arrangement” with a Fencing company for the construction of fencing that will extend the length of the perimeter of the property.

Depending on the cost of this job, we will create a package that will be well worth their efforts.
Normally sponsors usually receive a questionable benefit for sponsoring a charity or event. We, at Music City Manitoba have a much different approach.
A unique, special bonus will be created for this Fencing Company, that will benefit them greatly.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE:
To create a long term supplier relationship with a Fencing Company (5 -10 years).
For the Fencing Company, that will provide all security fencing, barricades equipment etc. and maintenance for such, to Music City Manitoba – The Isle of Wayne, Manitoba, Canada, when required.
At this point we are still open to the “type” of fencing we should use. Needs to be very durable, and long lasting, and relatively maintenance free.
WHAT WE NEED…
For the Fencing Company to take care of all our needs in regard to fencing.
and other equipment we may require, that the Fencing Company may be able to provide.
Basically, cover all our needs, at all times, for 5 – 10 years.

1 – Lifetime Seat on the Advisory Board of The Music City Manitoba Corporation. (if they like).
1% of Net profits per year for life.(Very substantial return)
(When completely finished & operating at 100 % capacity, this could mean up to $20,000,000.00 per year).
(This could be used to enhance sports, & cultural events, etc. in Manitoba. We have a plan for that).

A Lifetime Kiosk Display in the MCM – Event Centre (Beginning when Event Centre is finished)

Payment of these sponsorships can be made by cheque, etransfer, or with goods & services, amounting to
the cost of the sponsorships, or a part of it, in a manner that would be the most beneficial to your
budgeting process,in a reasonable timeline, agreed to by Music City Manitoba.
This display will go in the centre of the Boardwalk on the Fencing Company’s sponsored mile, in the middle of the
turnaround area, as depicted in the photo on the left.
Please Note:
As we are giving you a very significant business opportunity,
we will need to know the cost of each foot of the entire Fence, and all the extra things.
We need this for our budgeting process.
The fence need not be done in year one, but needs to be completed, going into the 4th year.
We will show you how this sponsorship is possible without it costing
the Fencing Company a penny.
Sponsorships are also Tax Write-offs.
The Fencing Company will have the first right of refusal for all other fencing and barricade material that Music City Manitoba may require for the first 5 years, going forward.
