A CONTRA AGREEMENT

We would like to enter into a “Contra Arrangement” with Uniway Computers

for an approximate $40,000.00 in computing equipment, and for whatever goods, services, equipment, that we may need.

Example:

In exchange for approximately $40,000.00 in Computing Equipment

The Music City Manitoba Corporation will give Uniway Computers a VIP Gold Sponsorship.

Normally sponsors receive a questionable benefit for sponsoring a charity or event. We, at Music City Manitoba have a much different approach.

A unique, special bonus has been created especially for Uniway Computers, and in which we believe will benefit them greatly.

30 – 1 = Return Ratio

$40,000.00 level

this level sponsorship will receive

1 – 4 Day / 3 Night Complimentary trip for 56 people for 4 years.

Departing from a place and time of your choosing. $ 144,177.60

* $2.00 for every Music City Manitoba Pass that we sell for the 59 days Event for 4 years.

Estimated to be $2.00 x 2000 people x 59 Days x 4 years $ 944,000.00

885 – 60 sec Indoor LED Advertisements $ 24,780.00

1436 – 60 Sec Outdoor Advertisements $ 24,780.00

Webpage Ad for 4 years $ 4,000.00

Specially designed Kiosk for 4 years $ 24,000.00

Participation of 56 people in all tournaments for 4 years $ 29,164.80

TOTAL ESTIMATED VALUE OF THIS SPONSORSHIP $1,194,902.40

30 -1 Return Ratio.

* Starts the day we sell the 1st Music City Manitoba Pass.

We will show you how this sponsorship is possible, without costing Uniway Computers, a penny.

Sponsorships are also Tax Write-offs.

Uniway Computers will have the first right of refusal for all other computer and tech equipment that Music City Manitoba may require for the first 4 years.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE:

To create a long term supplier relationship with Uniway Computers(10 – 25 years).

For Uniway Computers to provide all the computer equipment, printers, phones, programs, etc. and maintenance to Music City Manitoba – St. Laurent, Canada, when required.

For Uniway Computers to help us create the most desired Music & Tournament Destination in Manitoba.

WHAT WE NEED…

Uniway Computers to take care of all our equipment, inside and out, and other equipment we may have. From cleaning, upgrading, to hardware installation, to installing our favorite operating systems, basically cover all your needs, at all times, for up to 10 years.

Assistance in building a booking system for our bus program and a show tickets program.

WHAT WE WOULD NEED ASAP.

At least 7 of the very best computers with all programs available, loaded and ready to use.

Best security systems installed on each, to start with.

The best email program. Installed on each, ready to go.

The best, fastest, and largest capacity of storage, RAM, USBs available etc..

One big one, specifically designed for photos. Set up and ready to go.

Should all have screens of 31″ – 34 “ at least.

They should all have video cameras, and all set up for skype, conference calling, etc.

5 Tablets – for salespeople to access our website while on sales calls.

5 – iPhones, if possible.

WHEN NEEDED…

As soon as it is convenient for Uniway Computers

We will increase our requirements as we go along, and when required. These will be phased in over the next 4 – 10 years.

We may need up to 48 units in the next 4 years, and more, thereafter.

We can also use 1 Top of the line Apple – all in one computer – with all up-to-date capabilities such as Photoshop, and other designing programs.

Newest and top of the line programs with largest capacity etc.

VALUE: To Be Determined. Estimated to be $40,000.00 = 30 – 1 Return Ratio

All though we would prefer new equipment, it does not matter if they are reconditioned, as long as they work 100% and in uniform, in all aspects.
